( Don't take their response here as help. I tried contacting them but they ghosted me. )Accidentally pressed a button while using their service which apperently made me skip the trail period and pay full price for a week. No recipe was giving, making me unaware that they were going to continue charging me, and what i had even been charged for. a week later when they took another 17 euro from my account, i asked for a refund which was denied. Horrible company which bordeline scam people.
