The company will not produce my door. Its been ten months, nor will they give me a good answer where it is. All phones are loaded with messages and wont take any new messages.
Dawn will answer, but always says, its the factory.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A FLORIDA SCAM. I GUESS ITS TIME TO CALL THE LOCAL NEWS AND DO AN ARTICLE! ANYONE ELSE THIS IS GOING ON WITH?

We compared several impact windows and found the quality for Storm shield cat 5 windows to be the highest quality and the only ones with the impact glass on the outside which makes the most sense to us. The sales appt was very informative and professional and not to pushy. After some negotiations we were able to settle on a fair price compaired with others. The terms of payment less then 50% down and expected lead time of 4-6 months. It took a little time to get final measurements and approvals then we just waited. To our surprise we got the call our windows were ready for install after only 4 months which was honestly quicker than we expected during these crazy supply chain issues times. After a couple messed up appts times for install we got the installers a week later. The install ended up being the smoothest most professional part. Gilbert and his partner, sorry I forgot his name we’re right to work. They were no Hassle polite did a great job. They kept everything covered and cleaned up as they went. They left the home perfectly clean. The quality of the install was second to none. We love how the job and the windows look and feel. In these times doing any projects in SWFL is almost impossible but Storm Shield did above and beyond what we hoped for. Very glad we chose them thanks to the whole team

I ordered my windows and entrance door on September 14, 2021, prepaying 50% of the price. Seven months later I cannot get anyone on the phone to even talk about the delivery date. Seems like a Ponzi scheme. Buyers beware!

Whoever runs this app couldn’t tell rain from a hole in the earth. Never even close on their forcasts! Never!!

The technicians were sloppy, they left a hole in the drywall and didn't come back to fix it. They took 10 days to finish the job.

Customer care is not complicated: return phone calls, answer text messages, follow up on customer needs and, if you mess up and make a mistake... own it, fix it and apologize​.

Get your windows somewhere else.
