Love it. It’s beautiful and so perfect

Product never delivered , will not refund me . Lied and said they would remake the cup and now they will not communicate with me , I had disputed the charge with my bank and then cancelled the dispute after they said they will remake the cup . They will not communicate with me now even though I showed them a letter that proves I cancelled the dispute.

Advertised tumbler as a Stanley and it was off brand tumbler arrived with missing part paid close to $50 dollars and they only refund me 7 dollars back won’t purchase again don’t recommend

Took way too long to deliver

I ordered the Snoopy Stanley Cup. I received a very bad knockoff of the cup, and Snoopy's heads were cut off on the top row. I've contacted them to get my money back but they do not respond. I paid a lot of money to get a very bad cup.

Looks nothing like the picture. I thought I was getting a real stanley that was customized but no it is a cheaply made fake cup with a horrible handle, lid and straw. I’m so disappointed in this because I spent almost $50, which is ridiculous for a fake cup and the image is blurry.

If I can give a negative rating I would. Scam site 💯. DO NOT purchase from these scammers. They provide fake Chinese tracking numbers and nothing arrives. Then another location sends you a counterfeit and a BAD fake stanley cup. You pay full price stanley prices for a BAD fake stanley cup. It doesn't even have the stanley logo. It's a cheap cup with print on it.

My item I ordered was perfect and actually came sooner than I thought it would.

Purchased the Sanji cup for my daughter, an avid One Piece fan. She was happy with it. I ordered too close to her birthday, so it was a late gift, my fault. Received plenty of updates on what the status of my order was so I was never wondering. The only negative thing I can say is my daughter tells me that it is not the advertised Stanley cup.

The color white for the words written were not white. It was iridescent and the cup was purchased for a male. The cup can’t leave the house due to this issue. Money spent and personalization added to the order. Had we known that we wouldn’t have purchased the item.

Stole a pic from an Etsy storefront and used as their own, then delivered knock-off product that didn’t look like it. Would not refund money.

Took way too long tonget here. They're running a package scam not paying enough postage after i paid for shipping i had to give the poat office another 8 bucks to get my package. And to top it all off i spent 50 bucks for what wqs supposed to be a stanley tumbler and i got a cheap knockoff that the lid doesn't line up in the right area to drink out of it. If i could give 0 stars i would. I dont know what kind of scam you guys are running but i hope this review helps anyone else thinking of doing business with you to think twice and go somewhere else. Thank you for ruining a mothers day gift and for taking my hard earned money to fund your scam.

Everyone loved the first Snoopy USA Olympic Tumbler and so we ordered 2 more. The family members we got them for are tickled, love them. Thank You‼️

The item was nice but it took along time to get here.

Never receive my order

Was worried about it coming over seas for deliver time and fit.

But delivery time was not as bad as I feared and fit was great.

Tge cup is supposed to be a Stanley cup but it doesn't say Stanley on it. If it is a Stanley they should be ashamed of the product. A plastic cup keeps ice longer than this.
When I inquired about a refund I was told they could only refund me 20% of what I paid.
I can't believe they will not stand behind their product and refund tge full amount.
Terrible customer service.
They should be rated 5 piles a manuer instead of 1 star.

Poor quality products and poor customer service

Tried to order, it apparently never went through. Now two months later I'm getting emails asking about how I like my order make that make sense this company is just a scam

I have to be honest. I was a little worried because I had never ordered from this site before.
They did a great job! They kept me informed during the process and it was delivered promptly! It turned out great and my great grandson loved it.
