Highly Recommended Team

We recently contacted STORM regarding an issue with our intercom system. We have an old building where finding suitable replacement systems can be challenging.

The engineer took the time to diagnose the issue properly, explain the options available and recommend suitable replacement systems that were compatible with the existing set up. Throughout the process everything was explained clearly and professionally, making it easy to understand and to choose the most appropriate solution.

On the day of installation the lead engineer kept us informed of expected arrival time and was courteous, professional and respectful throughout. The new system was fully tested before departure.

What really stood out was the level of aftercare. STORM followed up personally afterwards to make sure the newly installed system was working properly and we were happy with everything - something you rarely see nowadays.

A very professional, reliable and customer focused service from start to finish. We would highly recommend STORM to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable specialist in the services they provide.
