Please do not buy anything from this site! This is the worse site I have ever shopped in. Their customer service is the worse and return policy does not make any sense. Once you return you loose 20$ and until now it’s already a month I still did not receive my refund. So stupid 👎🏻

I bought a dress and a two-piece knit from the website, but they arrived at different times. Both of them were priced under USD$100, but the total of them was over USD$100. The first one arrived was the two-piece knit in small size, which is too large for me, so I asked for a return. Because of the return policy that package with value of lower than USD$100 is complemented with a USD$20 return fees, I want to wait for my dress to see whether I need a return. The dress, which was also in small size, arrived. When I tried it on, I found it too tight and need a return. Therefore, I contacted the customer service for a new return label for these two. I returned both of them in a same package. After about three weeks, I didn't see any refunds on my bank account, so I contacted the customer service again. The customer service only processed one of my return with $USD 20 reduced and claimed that I've returned the two-piece knit only. I responded multiple emails saying that I've returned both items, but the representative insisted I've returned the two-piece knit only.

First off, I LOVE what I received from Storets. I ordered a tweed dress, and I received exactly what was shown in the image. I was hesitant to order because of reviews, but I’m glad I did. I needed the dress quickly, and because of my order total, they expedited the shipping for FREE. South Korea to Franklin Park, IL in 4 DAYS. They packaged it very nicely. The dress came in a fabric pouch. They also sent a free tote bag! The dress fits as expected. Ordered a S/M. Very happy. Also, the dress has actual pockets which is nice. Unusual for women’s clothing.

Scam?!?
Ordered a coat for $160AUD on the 24th of December. Received a confirmation email, however no notification in regards to shipping, it has been 11 days. I have also tried to log into their Storets website to check on the process of my order however, it states that the email or password is incorrect. I then clicked on Forgot password and entered my email to change my password, however it now states that my email is not registered, even though I have received a confirmation email upon purchase and an email for their online sale. Which doesn't make sense. After several attempts putting in the same email, it finally went through and now mentioned that an an email was sent with a link to update my password. I received no email..
This is such poor management.

I really hope this isn't a scam and a waste of my money, and I hope to eventually receive the coat..

Tracking information for item I purchased is not accurate. Over 45 days and still waiting on item to be delivered. No communication from this provider.

Please don’t ever order anything from this site! It takes forever to come. I ordered a sweater a month ago and it hasn’t came yet! Shipping tracking shows it’s shipped from Korea. But I have been charged for $15 shipping fee and it says it will take 10-15 days. But it’s more than a month I still haven’t received it... I am glad I didn’t order more clothes, when it arrives, the winter probably already gone...

My package was confirmed in 3-4 days and arrived the day after it was sent. I was a little hesitant about the jeans I bought because they were a size medium and I’m usually a 27. To my surprise they fit perfectly! The pants are so unique and I’m so in love with them!

Bad quality return is not possible ( in fact it is but it cost you 80% of the amount of your command ) I Will never make an order again

I would never order there a second time. The products come from South Korea. The product stinks beastly and is expensive. If you want to send a package back you get huge problems with the customs. and you have to pay the cost for a return (30 €) yourself.

I ordered two pair of pants and two tops to try out because I stumbled upon their instagram page and liked what I saw. In receiving these items, I realized that you're receiving Forever 21 quality clothing for designer prices. The pants were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and not to mention see-through. I was sent the wrong shirt as well. What I thought was going to be a cute tank top blouse was this cheap see-through spaghetti strap tank top. When I told them about the mistake made on their end they proceeded to tell me that the tank top was sold out, lol. Please save your money this brand clearly has no idea what they're doing.....

spent so much $$ here... after waiting and waiting for them to ship out my purchases they decided to tell me the item I ORDERED and paid for wasn't in stock. Wanted it in time for an event. They only gave me a 5% off voucher for my " troubles" lol... prices are absolutely insane for what you get

Before I placed my first order, I did some research about the store and came across some negative comments that made me hesitant.I've just received my third order and I thought how glad I am for not taking these comments into consideration.I am amazed by the quality of the goods, the fit and the unique design and the overall service. From my experience, the clothes are looking better in reality than on the website. I even dared to order some peaces that I haven't seen on instagram and have to recommend one particular-yellow asymmetric skirt, it is amazing!!!

Poor quality!
The return is made so difficult as possible. The return from my country to South Korea would have cost 80-140€. So, same or more than the price of my order. The dress I bought is not worth the money they are asking. I can not recommend purchase from their online store.

If I could give a 0 I would. Honestly ladies, don't even bother. The quality is crap. The sizing is wrong, and they are so entitled, they don't even refund your order fully.

Honestly, DON'T BUY FROM STORETS

I give it a 2 stars since the quality of the products were okay and the shipping was almost on-time although I got charged $20 to return the items! That made me decide not buy from them again!

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo & was expensive as hell & I placed a review on that item and they just deleted it or never posted it, only the good reviews.

Decided to return both of my items because it didn’t fit & their sizing is always very different per item.
Both items were $100+ so I had free shipping.
Turns out that when you send back your whole package you have to pay return costs (which I understand) but you also have to pay for the ‘free’ shipping costs!! Absolutely insane!

Thank god I paid with paypal and got all my money back because if I didn’t and the items wouldn’t arrive within two weeks in their warehouse you would only get a store voucher and not your money back.
So basically if the postal office makes a mistake or takes longer; you’re screwed.

Never ever will I buy from them again. Some items are nice but it’s all too risky.

I bought some shirts and the design is great, but sorry, the materials are awful and they smell like 400% plastic. I also had to pay the custom charge (from Corea to Europe)! It’s a totally no for me. For that quality, i’d buy from Sheinside for 1/10 of the price

Storets is my go-to online shop. They have items that are unique, stylish and high quality that you cannot find anywhere else. My order also always arrives super quick. For staple pieces in your closet I 10/10 recommend
