Great customer service
The parcel with my new laptop battery got stock in customs. Storeakku was always available via email, friendly and helpful to track the parcel and in finding a solution. Finally they refunded me the full amount as the battery wasn't delivered on time.

They send me a years old total discharged akku
They send me a years old total discharged akku, wear level 58% (CPUID HWMonitor Report) for my Samsung x900. I could not find thid battery anywhere else.
After claiming I got 8€ and later 50€ from total ~110€ back.
so 50€ loss for a battery which was worth nothing at all.
I tried to get money back by paypal but I could not prove that they received my return parcel.
Keep away from this company !

Scam Shop. "Clone Shop" with Storebattery.co.uk They shipped different item on purpose
I made an order for a laptop battery ( site domain /lenovo-ideapad-s210touch-series-10.8v-36wh-laptop-computer-batteries-in-uk-united-kingdom-p-109223.html )
because i needed an upgrade. The original battery for the lenovo s210 in a 24Wh and the one i bought was a 36Wh as it's on the description and title of the product. The price is also higher than the 24Wh batteries.
I contacted the company in order to confirm that the battery is a 36Wh one and they assure me before they sent it. After 1 month the battery came and it was a 24Wh one. I wrote them back and they admitted that they sent a 24Wh one and they offer a refund of 3USD... At the end they offer half refund before and half after i send them the scam item asking me to "trust them" and pay the shipping cost.
The case is also sent to formal authorities in order to protect other buyers.
I have message logs, and everything else proving their scam.

I've got ripped off.
Avoid them at all costs! Greedy, money-hungry, liar "company" based in China.
I ordered from a page called storebattery a genuine Samsung battery for £70 in July. They sent a broken unbranded battery. I contacted with them within 3 days. I sent the battery "back" to !China! for £13 more. They refund me £50 in total. No return address, registered company, nor contact details shown on their websites. They running more websites.
How do I know, I bought from storebattery.co.uk I've got the partial refund from storeakku.com and their 'About Us / Customer Reviews' linked to laptop-batteries.com.au where they also have very bad reviews.
