Non existent stock

Yes they are a miniature company… good luck getting any stock even prior to covid. Star Wars legion a song of ice and fire basically non existent. I’ve been waiting roughly over 12 months to get the free folk mammoths here in Australia. They are giving themselves a bad name unfortunately and killing there own games. And it’s a shame, as they have such great games. Wish they’d hear the voice of the people trying to talk with them. I feel like they just don’t care. I mean if they did they’d do something about it, at least you can only hope so. Support there games by all means as the games are great… but just expect to be waiting a very very very long time to get things.

None existent customer service, no soul

After purchasing a console game, i found it faulty.

The bugged game was never patched.

Time passed with no patches and no sign of a patch coming. I

emailed twice over with time in between for a response (3 weeks)...

no response, i'd say bad customer service but i haven't had the chance to experience it...so it's none existent.

should be ashamed, it's appalling behaviour from a publisher. a disgrace to the community.

Awful customer service for replacement…

Awful customer service for replacement parts. Purchased Star Wars Armada Separatist squadrons pack and found that one of the miniatures was missing. Requested replacement from spare parts team in March 2021. After repeated attempts over 3 months via email and telephone, I'm told that Asmodee can't replace until stock comes in to UK in November 2021 despite stock arriving in UK stores this week. Very disappointing. Great games, shocking service.

Asmodee Monopoly

Every experience I have had with this company is bad. They are so in your face at conventions and rude as hell, but when it comes to customer service they just do not care about you. They have been gobbling up and forcing other small game startups into their evil fold and imposing terrible policies. Ive bought 3 games in a year from companies they now own that have been damaged internal to the components inside the box, missing pieces, or had misprinted cards and they will not do a thing about it. At least if you got it on Amazon you are safe, but otherwise its just a middle finger to the customers. Their new distributor is utter garbage, and this was before they shifted to ACD July 1st 2020. No improvement. Horrible company, horrible people, and what is worse is they are nabbing great games. True definition of a money grubbing monopoly, only way to stop them is to stop giving them your money. They sure aren't getting any more of mine. But you have to pay attention because in alot of cases there name isnt even on the box. Shifty, sleezy, and deceptive.

Avoid investing in miniature games

If you are in the UK, be very mindful that they do not distribute appropriate amounts of product for any of the star wars lines and restock at a glacial pace (like not even once a year in lots of cases). Just check the availability of other items in a range before getting involved as they potentially won't be available indefinitely.

They will also not fix mispacked items with the excuse of having no stock. So you end up with a faulty product that you cant replace because there was never any stock and there wont be any coming. This has been the pattern well before COVID so is not a new issue.

Asmodee is the absolute worst at customer service. they do not care about the customer, only about selling their games. Many of their game pieces are fragile, break, or are small and get lost. I asked them about purchasing replacement pieces, and they basically told me "good luck" and "search the internet or third party sellers on ebay". I am appalled and will never purchase anything from them again.

Loads of wasted time for my business

Loads of wasted time for my business, setting up an account, signing documents, emails, monitoring the stock sheets daily for restocks etc. The sales handler is hard to get hold of and noone else in the office will process an order as you have to be dealt with by a specific person. Despite a minimum first order of £700, I wanted to make an order of £3000 only to be told "you can't order pokemon branded stuff unless you add board games to the order, we just updated our terms and conditions" REALLY??? Very poor customer service and trying to force a business to buy products that is nothing to do with their business model, just for a cheap up sell. Not going to happen

Five items were ordered but only one…

Five items were ordered but only one showed up as pending. They are quick with the automated responses to e-mails sent to them but slow with human responses and resolving issues. No response has yet been received. It seemed convenient to buy from them but it really is best to just buy from your local game store. Asmodee does not appear to handle e-commerce very well.

Three e-mails have now been sent with all of them ignored. They have decided to charge me for the item I have been contacting them to cancel and continue to be silent about it. A very incompetent company.

Atrocious customer service

This companies customer service department is terrible. While they make great games if something isn't right with your purchase they are not good at fixing the problem. It's just not worth the hassle of buying anything from them at this point.
