Twice now I've had DPD claim they have attempted delivery to my address when they haven't even been in my street. I can verify this, thankfully, with a UniFi G6 instant that's plugged into my UDM SE recording a 4K wide shot of my street 24/7.
I've tried to complain directly but haven't gotten anywhere.

Ordering Items is very Easy, Shipping options are easy to choose, Shipping is with UPS only which is not a major problem. Ubiquiti has been around a long time.
This company sells parts (indirectly) to the Russians, and their military uses them in communication systems sending drones to kill Ukrainians. Although against the law they do it knowingly, because the trade is immensely lucrative. Indecent, immoral and illegal.
If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID this product at all cost. No set up instructions. No customer support other than chat. AP device does not come set up. TOTAL waste of time and money.
Ubiquiti makes excellent products for the prosumer. These are NOT for regular residential customers. The setups are extremely complicated and do not come with instructions. You must have some sort of IT background. All this is fine though.
The only reason it's not 5-star is they try to make money on shipping. You can buy a 2oz product from them, and they'll charge you $10 to ship it. We know what it costs. Why try to profit from the shipping? Just charge us something reasonable, or charge us what you pay.
