Good prices, Good communication, and free shipping after minimum spend except for bulky items. Probably the best place to get GW minis for the ROI. Model range isn't complete and there is potential for delays with restocks but that is beyond their control and effects all GW products for the time being.

Excellent service and 2 days to deliver to the Republic. This was my first order with the guys. My only small complaint is the website can be a bit slow but nothing to mark down a star from this 5 Star service! Will continue to use going forward.

First class service from start to finish. Great website with accurate stock levels, so you know they have what you're ordering. Up to 20% cheaper than GW and free tracked shipping over £80. What's not to like?

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service.
I have made 2 orders at the start of 2021 and both arrived in the Republic within a week of ordering. Amazing stuff considering the pandemic. The discount on 40k is fantastic, and the little thing of sweets in the box was a lovely touch.

Ordered Conquest Last Argument of Kings Core box. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. It was very well priced and looks like a great game. Will certainly place future orders with OnTabletop in future.

I ordered from this store before and my previous review was a 5 star, cause store.ontabletop.com always deliver on it promises.
Now i'm forced to temporary gave it a 3 star because of current circumstances.
I live in Cyprus and despite a Brexit and troubles it bringed I ordered a bunch of paints here recently, cause they costs much cheaper than on GW website and they have a wider range available than on any other mainland european store.
I investigated beforehand and specifically asked if there won't be any additional taxes for my order (ticket number 6516). I was informed that there shouldn't be any additional taxes and that in case of the problems i could contact them.
So being reassured i made an order and waited for it to come. When it came i got an SMS from customs stating i need to bring an invoice and i must to pay taxes.
I asked for invoice from Ontabletop and quickly recieved it.
But when i came to the post office i was forced to pay a taxes anyway. I showed invoice and insisted the item was sold and shipped by NI store, but the custom officer said because the shipment has a yellow stiker stating "Goods not fulfilling the conditions laid down in Articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union" it means they couldn't release it without paying a VAT/TAX. I argued for around 15 minutes and talked to several officers but to no avail.
I opened the ticket asking for refund on VAT/TAX, because according to custom officer the paperwork wasn't done correctly and item recieved this yellow label when leaving UK customs.
But unfortunetly ontabletop.com declined to refund it.
I'm not saying it's Ontabletop.com fault, maybe custom officers weren't correct. But anyway it was a really bad experience. And i'm not a lawyer nor experienced seller to effictively argue with customs.

But in comparison Waylandgames with which i had the same problem (item were sent as DDP by DHL Express but because of store/carrier miscommunication paperwork wasn't made correctly) refunded me all the taxes (and my order on Waylandgames was much bigger and taxes was around 130 eur).

So unfortunetly i was forced to stop buying from Ontabletop.com till all this post-Brexit problems cease down. And i thankful i haven't made a big 500 gbp order i was going to made from them (i have a few friends with whom we order together), cause paying 29 eur is not as bad as paying 120+ eur.

To summarize all points. If you buy from UK, then it's a strong 5 stars - good range of GW products, low prices, quick processing of the order, excellent support (Tom good as always).
But if you order from EU i should warn you that you risk your money. If there be any problems at customs it's you who'll pay for it. I decided not to risk it for a time being, cause with additional vat/tax and extra for tracking the price becomes even less attractive than at GW store.
