I was very happy with the customer service. I encountered an error with my refurbished order (my mistake), reached out to them and they responded quickly and solved it to my benefit (vs them sticking to the small print). I am very happy with my brand new X1 AI Pro and highly recommend it.

Had of an idea to create portable station with ability of connecting in a modular way and desided to stop on minisforum occulink optional technology. I've purchased deg1 and x1 ai 255 refurbished versions which comes extremely good.
Also expirience with customer support was excellent, complect with deg was missing a fixing bracket at after I connect to support - they send it immediately in 2 days I had it in place!

Costumer service WAS helpful and responded in +- 1 day, sometimes same day. My package took longer than expected due to some overload in the Germany warehouse but after i sent a email the costumer service rep (Hellen) made sure my package leaves and added priority deliverers.
I see messages about the costumer service being bad but I have nothing to complain about. Maybe they fixed it?
I ordered the DEG2 dock and I’m very happy with it. It works great.

Ordered a Minisforum workstation for one of our senior developers. Our first experience with Minisforum, and I must say it's been a good one. The ordering process was simple, the delivery trackable, and the package arrived in pristine ready to use condition!
Our developer could not be more happy with the performance. He's switched off the old box and transitioned immediately. Very happy lad.

I ordered a product on March 28th and only received a confirmation email. I had to contact them myself 10 days later, and they promised it would ship after April 20th. I waited nearly a month, only to be told on April 22nd that they canceled my order and would refund me in 36 hours.The official website chat was dishonest and gave me false information every time I asked for an update. They held my money for weeks only to cancel at the last minute. This was the worst shopping experience of my life. Terrible communication and zero reliability.

Last summer I bought a MiniForum computer, and it worked very well. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens with electronics, the power supply failed after some time.
To avoid similar issues in the future, I decided to purchase a more reliable and more expensive power supply. Since the computer was still under warranty, I contacted the manufacturer for support.
Their representative, Tina, responded very professionally and politely. She understood the situation well and offered me a fair compensation for the faulty power supply.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support. I can definitely recommend this company to others.

My experience with Minisforum has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
It already began badly: it took almost 4 weeks just to get in contact with customer service to report a defective product. Only after that long delay was I finally able to explain the issue.
What happened next was even worse.
Minisforum first tried to refund me 20% less, claiming the product was “used,” even though this was a warranty case. I refused, and only then did they agree to a full refund of €599.
But when the refund finally arrived, they paid 10% less anyway, blaming “bank fees” and expecting me to accept it. Under EU consumer law, warranty refunds must be paid in full, without deductions — and they know this.
From that point on, the situation became absurd:
- I had to spend months emailing back and forth
- They repeatedly gave new excuses
- Deadlines they set themselves were ignored
- “Finance needs to approve it” became a standard line for weeks
- I had to prove myself that they underpaid the refund
- To this day, the remaining amount still has not been paid
This entire process has dragged on for months, and I have invested far more time and effort than any customer should. Minisforum confirmed the full refund themselves, yet still failed to honor it.
This is not how a company should treat its customers.
Think very carefully before buying from Minisforum.

I got sent a faulty device. Contact with customer service was cordial and very helpful. They sent me a replacement within an acceptable timeframe. Unfortunately it was a refurbed device and not a new one. That was not so great.
In the end we agreed upon a refund. The customer representative Tina was very responsive, polite and made no fuss about the refund. Even though the hardware side was not so great - I suspect just bad luck on my part first - the customer service was good and I leave with no bad feelings.

My UM 890 Pro didn‘t work anymore and powered of by himself. After a couple of mails with the Minisforum Support Team and some guided Tests they offered me to replace the Device and after a couple of days I got a new one which is working without any issues. Great Service and many thanks!!!
