Not delivering experiences, but discord and commerce

I ordered a home shorts on the webshop, based upon the size tables on the website I choose my most likely size.
When delivered it appeared a slim fit instead of a regular one and requested, based on my measurements, what size I needed because it appeared too small. Mailing back and forth but they kept emphasizing that the delivery was correct and therefore no possibility to send it back.

Nasty experience for such a great club, really sad. I´ll have to order my merchandise elsewhere, if ever again

The items are poorly manufactured and…

The items are poorly manufactured and break easily. Customer service is doing everything they can to avoid having to replace them. We will never order from them again. The €13 shipping charge is incredibly outrageous.

Horrible customer service and hasn't arrived

I ordered a shirt for a birthday present and it said 1-2 business days which i had to pay £17 for just the shipping which is already extortionate this was on the 13th and it's now the 20th and still nothing when I asked them when it will arrive even though the shipping is 1-2 business days they replied with it takes 1-2 business days from when it's processed this was 2 days later from when I ordered it, I keep emailing them and they do not respond it's such a shame because now it won't arrive in time for me to give it to my little brother for his birthday we are massive fans of Inter and this has disappointed him and me, the customer service is horrendous its honestly better at this point to get a replica shirt then to get an official one online at least they will respond and deliver on time

I am trying to return a product

I am trying to return a product, the online form is not working properly. They answered my first e-mail, but then stopped. I asked to be recontacted, but they have not. The 30 days to return the product are about to expire, then I will go to the police.

Rip Off

Yes me too ... tracked delivery with anticipation ... to receive a rub it in the face card saying "thank you "for being ripped off.

Item never arrived

I made many orders and bought lots of stuff in the shop, as I’m a huge fan.
Last time I ordered three items and one never arrived.
I have waited and then I texted them, they said that they will try to understand and let me know, now 2/3 months later they’re not still taking this thing seriously.
Thats not a good service at all, your order may or may not arrive

Furious!

I purchased a signed shirt by Lautaro (845 swiss francs!!!!) and a retro shirt (75 swiss francs) with express delivery last friday which according to the site would be 2-3 business days. It is now wednesday and they haven’t even shipped it or reached out to me. NOTHING. I need this for Christmas for my nephew who is a huge Inter fan like the rest of the family. Shame!!!!

The forever waiting game!

I've been waiting for a package from Inter since 19th of November and we are already on 7th of December.
After checking with both Inter and DHL customer service they both claim that the other still has the package.

It's great that they mess up and I suffer the consequences.

Customer service of Inter is just bots that don't help at all and when asked to be transferred to a HUMAN they say they'll contact you within 48hr but never do.

I'm afraid, that my money has gone to the trash but lesson learned, it being, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER. It's better to already buy the fake jersey and take a risk with less money being spent.

Not the service you want as a fan...

I bought a jersey from Inter Store Castello in August 2024 (on vacation). After the first wash, the flocking came off. I wanted to complain about the jersey by phone and via several different email addresses, but I haven't received any response for 6 weeks now. In an answer last week I was simply told that an exchange was not possible because the label had already been removed. This is really a disgrace! I have been an Inter fan for around 25 years - but I will now draw my conclusions from that...

No human communication only bots.

Only people you can speak with are chat bots. Only communication you get are template emails and responses. Orders take insanely long to ship and there’s nobody to talk to. It couldn’t be worse. Will never order from them again.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had!

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with the Inter shop. After placing an order almost four weeks ago and paying nearly 200 euros, I have yet to receive my items or even a clear update on the status of my order. The customer service has been nothing short of a DISASTER, providing nothing but empty reassurances like "We are working on it" and "We are handling it urgently."
Despite opening multiple tickets and reaching out several times, I have been given no concrete information or timeline for when I can expect my order to arrive. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this stature. It feels as though I am being strung along without any real effort being made to resolve the issue.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this shop until they can demonstrate a serious improvement in their customer service and order fulfillment process. As it stands, this has been one of the WORST online shopping experiences I have ever had!!!

Worse quality ever and return item at your own cost

Purchased the t-shirt made for celebrating the second star, and agreed to pay for the 8 euros delivery on top of 28 euros for the tshirt.
When it arrived, the quality was so bad that I couldn't believe it, and the size I chose according to their size table was totally inaccurate. So decided to return the item to get a refund, but it turns out that if you live abroad, you also have to pay for returning the item and they will refund only the difference left.
Sent them a complaint, and they didn't even bother replying....So stay away from anything which is not branded, as the rest of the clothes are so poor quality that you cannot believe and in case of refund, be ready to receive only a small portion of the initial purchase.

Missing order and shot customer service

I ordered a shirt from them the 2nd of march, now it’s 11 march and I still haven’t received tracking or a shirt.
After multiple attempts to contact their customer service, still no answer. They either won’t answer of hangs up the phone.

So Inter Milan’s store is for you that hate money and love waiting.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare! I've had the most horrendous experience in my entire life. I made the mistake of ordering a jersey on May 24th, and here we are on June 29th, and guess what? No sign of my package! Every attempt to contact these gobshites leads you down a torturous path through their abominable website, and do they bother to respond? Ha! Not a chance!

As a die-hard Inter fan, I am utterly revolted by the abysmal excuse for service I have received. Let me be clear, this review isn't about being merely polite or impolite; it's about their complete lack of professionalism and failure to keep customers informed about their incompetence.

CHOOSE ANOTHER MORE SERIOUS RETAILER

Ordered a shirt during their Black Friday weekend, which was somewhat big in size. I wanted to exchange in for a smaller size, and their return policy was somewhat complicated. The link with the title "Returns and exchanges" does only offer you return options, so I filled in everything there and returned it and waited in hope of receiving a link with a request of what I want to exchange for. I contacted their customer service after I sent it back and only received an automatic reply with a link to regular Q&A. After a week and after it arrived there, I get notified I can't make an exchange and will have to order a new shirt, but for the ordinary price. If I would've known this, I wouldn't have sent it back. So now I'm left without a shirt and return costs.

Their customer service is not structured properly. They mark your errand as solved as soon as they have answered your question(s), which gives the impression they're stressed and don't take you seriously. If you have any follow-up questions, you have to open a new errand.
