Hypixel falsely wiped me and all my gems and their stupid ai appeal reviews denied my appeal and they didnt even refund me which is against my consumer rights

I got muted for 30 days because I called a single person a "retar*d" and appealed it afterwards. What I did was I wrote a genuine apology letter telling them that I will never again say anything rude to anyone in chat if they unban me. When I finally get a message, what I see is "Sorry, but we can't unban you BecAuse YoU BroKE tHE ruLEs and THe BaN Is JustIFIable!!!" Also they muted me FOR THE THIRD TIME just because I called someone gay in chat. Literally nothing else. 7 days for that. Ridiculous.

Got banned for hacking when i dont even hack, i have dell laptop and cant run microsoft explorer to download hacks, im so livid my son tomass loves minecraft and now he cant play on my account, i would like a formal apology from the staff at hypixel or else i will continue to leave the filthiest of reviews on this website...unban me right now you have 24 hours to comply :(

Imagine buying stuff for a server and playing on it expecting no bugs because of the size of it. No. Bugs occur and nothing is done to compensate the player for their loss.

The staff at Hypixel have the worst customer service. They ban children from the server for no reason. When you ask why they make fun of you. The appeal process is a joke - just immediately sends back a denial form letter. It isn’t a matter of will you can banned for no reason - stick around long enough and you will be. Keep children away from this type of disappointment. There are better games with better customer service - that don’t ban children for no reason and with no discussion.

after multiple attempts to buy ranks it will not let me buy the ranks this is a huge problem and I cant seem to figure out why it wont let me I have tried 2 different payment methods but to no evail I do hope that this problem is dealt with as soon as possible

I bought MVP+ and got it after restarting Minecraft. It is very quick and decent priced ranks. I can't wait until I get stuff that are not ranks!!

ok so recently I have been playing some bedwars with friends, I click around 12-15 cps, I was bridging to emeralds when all of a sudden my right clicks didn't register. On my CPS counter I was clicking 14 CPS and no blocks were placing, I get around 700-900 fps and my internet is one of the fastest available. I genuinely don't understand why it does this. Me and others have experienced this many times. I'm done with Minecraft, it always does this BS. I will not be playing unless this is fixed.

I purchased mystery boxes and they didn't arrive. I sent email to hypixel's support and didn't receive any reply for over a month now. Still no reply from hypixel.

Amazing store, I am a experienced and veteran player of Hypixel. I'm not going to use the fact that I play on Hypixel a lot to justify the pros, because it definately has its flaws but I';m going to review the store part.
It's good, the total amount of money i've spent on this server totals up to over $1500. I can buy ranks to friends and players on the server just by putting their name as the login, i've purchased over thousands of gifts to send out and love seeing their reactions. Great selection of items, none of them are Pay to win, as everyone gets a little something if we buy server boosts.

Everything worked fine, I gained my rank a few minutes after buying it.

Very good shop maybe some things a lil be expensive but its ok for the value of the item
