I recently had a failure of my Huion pad and could not solve the issue using the web help. I contacted Huion by phone thinking I would reach another bot, but was shocked to reach a representative who was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and helped discover the cause of the problem. I purchased the part with her help which arrived a short time later. I installed the part and the device worked again. Thank you Huion!

Initially, I left a bad review because I placed an order from them that never arrived. I tried going back and forth between my local post office and Huion to see what had happened. It was very frustrating trying to communicate between everyone and getting nowhere. They sent me a replacement tablet for free and it works wonderfully! (Flash forward to now, I have evidence to believe it was completely my post office's fault.) Any service that provides a refund or replacement, especially when its not their fault, earn 5 stars in my opinion.
This is my first time using one of their products. And although I had a rough experience at first due to the mail carrier, I think it was well worth it to continue to use their stuff! I had prior experience with XP-Pen and I really appreciate the sleek design of the Huion Kamvas 13 compared to my XP-Pen tablet. I look forward to using this tablet and other Huion art stuff!

One star removed because I had a terrible experience with the PRODUCT (the Note X10) but i had an AMAZING experience with customer service.
During my return of the Note X10 there were several issues and delays due to the postal service we used, but Grace in the customer care team was absolutely incredible. She so dedicated to helping me get my refund and ensure that I was never forgotten or lost in the system through this process, which Im extremely grateful for! It dragged out so much longer than it should have, really, and she never made me feel pressured to make things move faster, and she never made me feel like anything that happened was my fault. Im sure that seems normal but not every company or representative does such a wonderful job at it! Even though we've only communicated via email, its been a pleasure to have worked through this with her, and i think her patience, compassion, and attention to detail should be commended.

I ordered from their official store a tablet with "expedited delivery" wich is 4-7 days delivery. 9 days later I still don't have my tablet. I contacted customer support and they replied my after one day with no solution to my problem. I use the tablet for work so I can't work because of their fault. Their products are good but I will never order from their official store again

I ordered a Kamvas 13 for my daughter for her birthday, as she is an avid artist and really wanted a Kamvas. I originally ordered one that must be connected to a PC or laptop and it wasn't working properly. I explained this to Huion and I was asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. My daughter actually wanted a standalone Kamvas. When I said I would prefer an exchange, I was suggested a Kamves 10, due to preferences. I was then sent a refund mailing slip, so that I could send the Kamvas 13 back to Huion. When I delivered it to USPS, customer service must have been watching for it, as they immediately sent the new one. I received the new one only days after I sent the first one. It cost me nothing and Huion did not give me any problems. They were so easy and great to work with. My daughter loves her Kamvas 10! Grace was awesome!

I have been using my Kamvas 22 Plus since 2017 and had no issues until a week ago when the Mac mini would not recognise two displays. Either I could use my primary display or my Huion, not both. I contacted Apple Support and spent an hour on the phone then reloaded Sequoia, another hour!. Still no joy! Grace at Huion sent me a couple of fix options. One which works is that I used Terminal on the Mac and added two lines of code. It worked straight away within minutes. The Kamvas Plus is still a great product after a few years usage, l love illustrating on it. Looking now to upgrade to the 4k tablet for better colour accuracy.

It's a shame that the hardware is so unreliable that it just stops working after a few years. A simple web search will show that the tablets fail or pen input stops working much more quickly than competing products. People are better off buying a tablet from another brand. Customer support will provide no assistance and suggest you spend more money to replace failed cables or the entire product entirely.

I bought a product in May 2024 and returned it immediately after, following Huion’s instructions. Despite this, I waited over 13 months for a refund, with poor and inconsistent communication during that time.
After escalation and many tries, Huion finally processed the refund and offered a Kamvas 13 pro tablet as compensation. I appreciate the resolution but believe the situation should have been handled much faster and with better communication.
I hope Huion improves their after-sales service so future customers don’t go through a similar experience.

When my recently purchased tablet (the new Kamvas 16 Gen 3) was suffering technical issues with the stylus, the customer support member (Grace) and the technical team were very thorough and replied as quickly as possible in order to solve my issues. They spared no expense and ultimately sent a whole new tablet as a replacement. I am incredibly grateful for the help.

Huion will charge an 8% restocking fee for unwanted items, which isn't the reason for my complaint. What annoys me is they charge an additional £19.99 for the original delivery cost. It's absolutely dishonest to claim that Huion are paying £19.99 to ship a lightweight package within the UK. They obviously have a deal with their courier, like all high volume businesses, which would put the real delivery cost at about 10%, or less, of their stated cost. Keep in mind you will also have to arrange, and pay for the return of the item, so that's 8%+£19.99+ReturnCost.
*EDIT: I was fully refunded by Huion, and asked to change my Trustpilot review. I am only willing to increase the star rating from 1 to 2, because it's all very well that I was granted a full refund, but the policy is still in place, and others will be charged for delivery costs which are grossly overpriced.
If Huion genuinely are listening to feedback, here it is. Stop lazily charging a flat fee in order to recoup delivery costs for returned items. The rate you are charging is blatantly too high for the majority of products. As a consumer I could arrange carriage of your largest screen for less than the £19.99 you claim to be paying. At the time of writing, closer to £10-£15. The smaller item I was returning cost me £8 to ship back to you. As a large company, who obviously have a deal with their courier of choice, there is no way Huion is paying anywhere close to £19.99 for shipping. More like £1.99. If you want the negative reviews to cease you should come up with an honest way to handle returns.

I have ordered 2 of the Inspiroy Ink H320M tablet . One of the tablet was faulty out of the box. It was not a good experience as they should have done a minimum quality check before shipping the product.

Contacted support after two weeks of no updates from the shipping department and ended up getting a new package sent. I'm super grateful, support was so nice and helped me quickly, which is something I wasn't expecting beforehand from experience elsewhere. Even if I still have to wait longer for my pen display, I'll look forward to it. I appreciate the time taken to seriously help me.
I received my product today, July 8. It went way quicker than I expected and I'm so happy!

I have already written to support twice looking for help, both times they have helped me very kindly, the first time was because I myself did not know the characteristics of my previous laptop and the other was because the dials on my tablet were having problems. I have a Kamvas 3 Gen 3, the problem was just updating a driver, they helped me solve it in less than 3 days (I hadn't seen the email the same day that support sent it to me) they always respond quickly.
