I had a very disappointing experience with Godox customer service.
I received a studio light that was missing a small but essential piece — one of the corner connectors for the softbox. Without it, the product cannot be properly assembled or used as intended. I reached out simply hoping they could send a replacement part.
The first representative I spoke to seemed confused and told me he didn’t know how to handle my issue, suggesting I email a random address. I was then supposed to be transferred, but the call was disconnected.
When I called back, the second representative answered while laughing and talking in the background. Even after putting me on hold, she returned still laughing, which immediately felt unprofessional. As I explained the issue, she interrupted me multiple times, spoke over me, and came across as dismissive and condescending.
She ultimately refused to help, stating that because I purchased the product through Amazon, they were not responsible — despite being the manufacturer. No solution was offered, no attempt to assist, and no accountability taken.
I understand policies may vary depending on where a product is purchased, but basic customer service — especially for a missing part — should not be this difficult or disrespectful.
Very frustrating experience overall.

I bought an X2T trigger online for my Fuji.
I had some problems synchronizing the trigger with the speed lights.
The store's prompt assistance was essential in resolving the issue on the same day.
Excellent after-sales service.

THEY DIDN'T SHIP THE PARCEL AND SCAMMED ME OVER £1500!!

They said they parcel was delivered but NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. They proof of delivery WAS FAKE, and they said they will investigated with the courier and get back to me but I didn't received a response. Tried to contact them again and then they ignored me and BLOCKED me.

AVOID absolutely scammers, haven’t even received an email with the order confirmation. After a few days and a few calls/emails they finally refunded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. This is not an official godox store

I bought these wireless microphones GLPA070583DD for use with my Sony A7IV camera and a GoPro 11, and they work great! Battery charges fairly fast and lasts all day. Audio quality is good, and price wise, it is just what's expected for video blogging and content creation. Also for interviews. The case is nice and sturdy, and it comes with all cables necessary for charging, and for recording into camera or into the phone.

Battery quality is awful. Sent a message to support and got zero response in 14 days.

Ordered 2 waterproof mini light cube’s.
The domes coming with the lights , had not exactly the same shape, but doesn’t affect the working of the lights!

I am writing this review, because I want to reassure people who have doubts about the website. At first, I had my doubts but based on reviews, I decided to order the Godox ES45 panel light and it arrived 2 days later! It was the cheapest store (in the Netherlands), well-packaged, and all in all I am very happy with my purchase! I will not doubt to place another order on this website. And I can assure you that it is safe to order here!

I changed the Godox xt1 receiver to xt2, which is a big improvement from point of the user: Large lighted screen and separate knobs for different Flash groups (ABC…) on the top of the receiver. Should allso work together with my iPhone. Good offer, the best price in Finland!

Order AD200pro and umbrella with reflector. Website is easy to explore. Good products and prices.

Products are very good and delivery was fast. For price/quality I think it's the best choice out there. Would recommend and will definitely buy again from Godox.
