Great service. Despite some confusion regarding: shipping address (my fault) and perceived delays it may have caused I received the lens in next to no time well packaged. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Camera arrived promptly in well packaged but with a non-UK power supply and a UK adaptor which doesn't fit properly and isn't usable. Will have to order an official UK power supply to charge the battery safely. Camera menu system was also by default in Chinese so it took some detective work to set the menu to English. Also it wasn't compatible with the supplied Canon Wi-Fi adaptor until I performed a firmware upgrade on the camera. After a stressful afternoon camera is now working fine.

Amazing service.
I ordered the Canon 100-400 IS L USL II lens on Monday evening and it arrived extremely well packed on the Thursday. Excellent service, kept informed via a tracker exactly where the goods are and to top it all I saved £700 in the process.
