Anthony and dan made everything so easy and were such a big help would recommend to anyone storage area very clean and temp very comfortable it was about 92degrees today but once you were inside it was great the unpacking from car using there flat bed trucks to put every on was great absolutely 5stars!!!!

Needs some minor improvements
Not enough trolleys to move things. The attendant was nice but he was the only one there without any help. I also requested a temperature controlled unit, was told I would get one and when I arrived it was not one (also none were available).

Your contact email is totally incorrect. I did NOT purchase a storage unit. I already sent you an email which, apparently, you totally ignored. Therefore, if I ever wanted to get a storage unit, I would definitely NOT deal with you company. Get your act together!

Jose in the yonkers location assisted me extremely well. I had many questions and concerns and he helped clear everything up for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will continue to be a customer of this Storage Post location because of the customer service.

Kudos to Storage Post & Staff
I have been a tenant at 32 Grand Ave since 2011 and I can't imagine housing my inventory anyplace else. The convenience of the location is important but the level of service is unparalleled and I attribute that to the manager Fred. Under his direction the staff is courteous and eager to provide excellent customer service. Once the construction if finished it will be even better than it was when I first walked in the door in 2011.

I called on Friday to make the reservation at the Floral Park location. I then called back a little later to confirm the address and the reservation, both of which the person I spoke to confirmed. She then informed me that the elevator wasn’t working in the building that my locker was in and asked if that’d be an issue. I asked if there was a locker of the same size (4’x5’) available on the first floor to which she said there was and the switch could be made when I arrived the next day (as I told her I would).
Saturday came and this is where it went downhill. First off, the worker couldn’t find my reservation initially and about 10 min passed before he finally did (mind you, I’d taken an Uber to get there with my stuff and the meter was running). He then informed me of the elevator issue, to which I explained what I’d been told over the phone the day before about switching lockers. But OF COURSE he’d JUST sold the locker I was supposed to switch into because apparently they hadn’t informed him about any of this. My options then were to either stick to the one I was given on the second floor or go a size up in order to get one on the first floor. As I could barely afford the $60 a month, let alone $70, I had to stick to the second floor. And that’s how my Uber driver and I ended up making several trips up and down the stairs and I ended up spending $80 on an Uber that was supposed to cost about $50 at most.
As for the locker itself, it seemed decent enough and thankfully there was more than enough space for my things (which is why I have the extra star).
The place just seemed disorganized and if I hadn’t been so desperate (was moving out of my dorm and needed to store my stuff that very day) I might have gone elsewhere.

Spoke to the 800-number told me that Broadway was open on Sunday if I would give them a credit card and charge it I would be able to go this Sunday get my gate pass get my locker and move my stuff and they’re not open on Sunday went there to be extremely disappointed
