The whole process was very easy
The whole process was very easy. Starting with a phone enquiry to booking a unit. The staff were always very polite and helpful when l asked silly questions. It was a stressful time for us during the sale of our house and having to move out in a very tight time frame. Knowing our possessions are safe for the next year while we build our new home is great peace of mind.

Worst service ever
Very poor service. When they grant me the access code for the front gate, it did not work for 3 hours. I did wait outside with truck full of my stuff. I called them many times and after getting home they fix the gate access issue. When I took all of my stuff upstairs with full 4 trollies, my storage was locked :( I had to took my all stuff back to truck and had to drive home. I had to come back again during my working hours to ask customer service staff to unlock the storage :( very frustrating and depressing. This is worst service ever
