Horrible Business without any morals

This business says it’s closed but it continues to sell and deceive customers. I received the wrong order from the in March 2023 and reached out many times by email. I finally heard back after filling out their contact form on the website. They asked me to send them information on my order and my address to send me a return label for the items I did not ordered. I never heard back after that. I tried to reach out on social media many times without luck. I’m stuck with items I did not order and do not fit. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this deceitful company!

Bad bad bad!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They send me the wrong size dress (I ordered M and received XS) - and then they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the return! The correspondence was extremely rude, one word replies and filled with !!!. Like I was the moron in this deal gone bad. I was in chok. I actually haven't dared sending back the dress, as I fear they won't return my payment - thats how bad their tone is. I am sure I will have better luck trying to resell it online instead of dealing anymore with their absolutely crazy customer service. Bad bad bad!

Stop Staring - another Brilliant company

The most beautiful dresses. They are incredibly helpful. Expedite immediately, and help with returns. Great quality dresses which are perfect for the most formal events, Ascot, weddings, etc. Love this company. xox
