I have smoked since I was 15 years old I'm now 29. Vapeing turned out to be the catalist for my body not enjoying smoking as much as and I'm glad I had the oppertunity with this course. Stephanie was also fantastic and helped me throughout the program. Many thanks and would recommend highly.

Just like to say a massive thank you to the Quit smoking program after starting smoking again during covid I really wanted to pack it up but this time I couldn't, so I contacted the quit program and I knew I had someone there to help me ,its been 3 months now without cigarette, I feel so much better in myself ,I would recommend this course to anyone ,just like to say thanks to Tina for helping me

Program is helping to quit but there is one big problem, they provide salts nic liquids and that type of liquid is even worse then regular cigs. I was using patches and freebase liquids which i bought by myself, anyway i wanna say thank to this program for quit smoking. I take the whole program which is 12 weeks, and i quit on 10 weeks. Strongly recommend.

Using vapes and patches together, has helped me quit smoking cigarettes successfully. The quit clinic and my smoking advisor TINA was great help. 30 years of smoking cigarettes! I thought I'd never give up. Three months without. I feel so much healthier. You can do it too 🤞

I’ve tried to quit smoking a numbers of times over the years with not much success. I found the QUIT Clinic to be the best so far as the support staff and your quit smoking advisor give you a lot of help when needed.

You have different nicotine patches to help you quit as well as a vape machine with different strengths of nicotine which you can reduce when needed.

I’ve found that using the vape machine has help because I still get the sense as if I’m smoking as the vaper comes out and I can see it like smoke and get a little kick of nicotine. But thankfully you don’t get the smell or taste of the tobacco and no lingering smell of smoke in your house.

Have me smoke free now for 12weeks and can standout side with friends who smoke and still feel part of the group vaping.

Leanne has been such a help and changed my life I’m so happy with my results and we even have a quick chat about life’s goings on also. Very helpful if I’ve had to change an app at short notice and always there to reach out to if needed. I've tried quiting alone and always went back to smoking. The controlled withdrawal from nicotine was the best way, and having leanne be my wing woman was the missing piece. I've gone from 30 a day to none in 12 weeks. Didn't think it was possible in the beginning. But it was and the use of the vape aswell as patches made the transition all that easier.
Thanks to Leanne and the quit clinic. It change my life for the better.
