Quality products, simple functionality
The stopbox products I ordered all work great. I like the magnetic belt a lot more than I thought I would, and it is rigid enough to support my subcompact with no issue.
The stopbox itself is pretty intuitive and suits its purpose well. Also fits a subcompact with no issue (no surprise there). It likely won’t keep a determined enough teen out forever (and at that point you have a parenting problem), but it’s more than enough to keep small children from accessing the gun in places where a biometric safe wouldn’t work (traveling or anywhere without a power source).

Great off-hours service!
I ordered the security cable to use with one of the StopBoxes I'd previously ordered. I overlooked the space where I needed to enter the free shipping code. But then I remembered it. Of course, that was about an instant after finalizing the purchase.
I emailed them a little after 9PM (their time, PST) on a SUNDAY NIGHT to ask if they could either cancel the order, or apply the code on their end. Matt replied TWO minutes later saying he had refunded the shipping charge! This seems to me like very customer-friendly personal service and company policy.
And what was ANYBODY doing there at that time? Do they have a big screen on the shipping floor and all get together to bond over watching "Tracker"? Just speculating. ;-)

Been on the fence for a few months
Been on the fence for a few months. Decided the sale they had going was just right for me. Only after I placed the order did I realize the shipping was farther back than I had originally thought. I reached out to stop box and they helped me above n beyond I thought would happen. I was able to give one s a gift thanks to their quick customer service!

Excellent online experience and order correction. I had placed an order for 2 cases but realized after paying that I wanted the wall-mounted ward pro. I sent an email immediately to support and within minutes my order was cancelled and refunded. Went back online and purchased what I wanted and found out it was a buy one get one deal :)

Great product and amazing customer service!
First off, I received a great deal which I was thankful for. But mainly because I already had one stop box and I can confirm that it works! No batteries, no mess simple hand movement and you ready to go. Even during low light situations.
Customer service (Matt) was unbelievably fast in answering and fixing the issue I created. On a Sunday! Not expected that and so all in all is a 5 start +!
