Terrible experience

It takes way too many spins to unlock the scatter feature, and even then, the payout is ridiculously low. I used a free spins bonus with a 40x wagering requirement and, lo and behold, I hit a €2,500 win. But guess what? The maximum you’re allowed to cash out from bonus winnings is just over €100. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. They won’t see another cent from me.

However, they denied my withdrawal request of one week , with each withdrawal request taking up at least 72 hours before it could be processed.

withdrawing seems to be impossible.

I have been trying to withdraw money since 23.04. Now it is 28.04 and all have been cancelled without any explanation...

I have deposited around $2000,-.... When I finally won something, it's not possible to withdraw the money!!

I have been asking live chat, sending email and such, but I never get an answer about why it is cancelled!
