My ordered item arrived within a few days, was well packaged and included a soft pouch for storage which was a nice extra.
General feedback: I would have liked to have received confirmation that the order was shipped or posted, and not only a confirmation of the order.

We always send an email saying "your order has been handled", this meaning we sended out the goods. When you order something with Track and Trace, you also receive an email from PostNL with the code.
