I was supposed to receive two packages…
I was supposed to receive two packages to complete my set.. I was advised the 32-Piece set could be fulfilled with 2 boxes of 16-Pieces but I only received one box. I got a tracking # and it still shows an issue reported but has no updates as of 7/18 and today is 7/28. I don’t see why it should take more than a week to get the 2nd package. Also, the 1st package that arrived had a broken cup and I was told to wait further the 2nd package before reporting any damage.

Not only is the product beautiful, but I had an issue with my order as it was sent to the wrong address. Customer service was incredible and quick to send out a new package once they realized that the dishes were already delivered to the incorrect address. Quick replacement for broken bowl
One of the the bowls we ordered had shattered in the package by the time it arrived, but customer support quickly got us a replacement. The bowls are very pleasant looking and feel great to use.
