Pre booked journey, no issues.

An aggressive driver. Frightening that such a man drives people for a living.

Always reliable and generally cheaper than anyone else...

The price was quite fair, and the vehicle was excellent. The driver arrived punctually for the pickup. I definitely plan to use their services again.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. The booking process was simple and the cars for both trips to and from the airport were on time, clean and comfortable with courteous, helpful drivers. Will use again and recommend to others.

Very positive emotions remained after using this company

The booking online is straightforward with clear options. The driver sent his phone number, photo, car make & colour & registration number. Time keeping excellent. I was pleased to receive an additional confirmation from Stonebank on the day as when you book well in advance you get anxious nearer the time when you have a connection to meet.

Easy to deal with. Arrived on time. Friendly drivers. Car in very good condition and spacious enough for 4 people and all the luggage.

Our driver arrived promptly - I got a message 15 mins before he arrived. The car was clean and comfortable, driving was good and the driver was friendly and courteous.

Used Stonebank Travel for the first time on Wednesday, had a great experience. The driver was prompt and very obliging as we had to make a slight detour on the way back which was no trouble for the driver.

Great communication after booking online with drivers picture, car registration and make. Driver was on time for pick up at airport and again for return trip back from hotel. He was courteous and helpful with luggage. Cost was competitive or better than others looked at for pickup of 8 people.

Good large cars, punctual and polite drivers. No problem with journey. However, for our return pick up from Glasgow Airport we'd paid for a 'meet and greet'. We did this as we'd travelled over 30 hours with a group that included a 6 year old and an 80 year old so a little hand would have been nice. We received a message from the driver however telling us to meet him at the car park, when I asked about meet and greet he texted back making clear he'd rather not come into the terminal. This was poor customer service in our opinion.

Great communication. The driver had the flight number and I'd a message waiting with clear instructions where to meet in arrival. Top service and driver was a good lad too. Would highly recommend the company. Reliable with clear and concise communication.

Since posting my original review I have had contact from the owner of Stonebank Travel who resolved the issue and also apologised for the lack of follow up. I am very satisfied with the manner in which my dissatisfaction was dealt with and will definitely continue to use Stonebank Travel.

I have used Stonebank Travel previously to transport my elderly parents to and from Glasgow Central train station and they have been extremely good and very efficient. On this occasion my parents train was terminated in Preston and they had no way to get to Glasgow Central. I called the contact number for Stonebank as soon as we realised that they would not make the pick up time. The man who answered the call said he would speak to his manager but no-one ever contacted me and we paid £104 for the return trip for a one way journey.
