Stone Synergy was formed with a single aim in mind. To provide quartz & granite at affordable rates by cutting out the middle man. The response from our customers has really warmed our hearts. We’re offering premium products at much better prices than national chains.

Stone Synergy only became responsive to my case after I posted a negative review on Trustpilot, which is concerning. A client should not have to escalate matters publicly to receive proper attention.
Multiple visits were required due to incorrect measurements taken from the outset. The initial installation team left several sections misaligned, resulting in the loss of part of my expensive worktop. Although these issues were acknowledged, I was later told that no adjustments could be made as everything had already been glued in place.
Given the price paid, I expected a far more professional standard of work and a responsive service from the start, rather than only after a negative public review.

From template to fitting in just over a week. Two young men installed top in under 2 hours and it looks great.
Was actually waiting for something to go wrong (not very lucky when it comes to getting home improvements done) but it was seamless. Thank you to the whole team.
Thankyou to the whole team

Large range of stone worktops. The full process was easy and quick. My samples arrived within days of ordering them, and I had an online live call around the showroom. I was unsure if quartz was worth the money- it is! It makes my kitchen look much more premium.

My wife and I went to the showroom in Wakefield as we were unsure on what to choose. The team were very friendly and knowledgeable. We picked Taj Mahal which we love. The whole process was simple would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Stone synergy have been fantastic, from start to finish. I’m not the the best at making decisions, however this company allowed me to take my time, and have a video call to show me the slabs full size.
Ordering my samples was simple, and they were a decent size. My kitchen looks incredible now. Thank you so much Stone Synergy

From start to finish everything was so smooth and straightforward. The team kept me updated at every stage and the fitters were on time and really tidy. I absolutely love my new worktops – they’ve completely lifted the kitchen and my mum was so impressed she’s decided to get hers from Stone Synergy too.

Decided to go with this company as they are local and the stone is beautiful, however it is clear that the factory and fitting departments need a lot more care and attention. The joins of the worktop are not consistent or aesthetically pleasing (they should not be using angle grinders and buffers to try and blend the internal corners), there is a bow in one of the slabs which causes a step up to the next joining piece, they did not silicone the slabs to the cupboards so it was sat on dry. After raising these issues with them they agreed to send out the fitting team to rectify, whilst they did their best to do this it was still below standard, they then sent out the remedial team who took pictures and agreed it should never have been fitted and that a discount should be offered. I emailed following this and they offered me two chopping boards! I felt insulted, I responded asking them to resolve this appropriately, they then asked for further pictures, by this point I felt they were delaying attempting to go round in circles as they had already been out twice and had all the evidence. Would not recommend Stone Synergy if you expect a good quality finish.

I purchased my Simply Quartz Carrara Sparkle quartz worktop from Stone Synergy in August 2025. I hope I can provide a balanced review of my experience.
Good:
- Compared with other companies I spoke with, I found the quotes I received from SS to be very competitive. The person I dealt with in sales (Andy) was great and very responsive. He even honoured an expired sales quote I had received.
- The quality of the quartz if very good. Perfectly white with a delicate grey vein and tiny glitter particulates.
- The remedial team did a very good job (see below), were efficient, clean and tidy.
Bad:
- As soon as my deposit was paid, the amenability and flexibility I experienced with the sales team was a thing of the past! The aftersales side of things leaves a lot to be desired. In general my experience was that they were super inflexible with scheduling (both templating and fitting). For example, I was offered a fitting appointment 5 days before the scheduled day that I was unable to make due to work commitments. I asked for the next available date and was horrified when I was informed the next date would be six weeks away. Bearing in mind I had no functioning sink/tap or appliances! Obviously, I had to accept the first offered date and find a relative at last minute to be present for the fitting in place of me.
- The templater made an error with my splashback measurement. It looked awful. He even forgot to template for a plug socket. Worse than this however, he continued to fit the splashback despite this error, leaving my sock half covered by the splashback (of course I was not present myself to see this at the time of the fitting, which he took complete advantage of).
On bringing this to the attention of SS and after many calls and emails from myself, they admitted that had indeed been a templating error. However, after this, I still felt very much like I had to battle for the error to be rectified to my satisfaction.
Once the remedial team was done, I heard zero from SS - complete radio silence. No call to check that all was now ok and rectified to my satisfaction, absolutely nothing! I got the feeling that they were just so mad that they had to rectify the error at a cost to them, rather than me.
Verdict:
Overall, I finally have my quartz worktop and splashback. They look really smart, are of good quality and have really changed my kitchen.
Would I use SS again however? I don't think so, as while I did save myself some money, I certainly would choose to save myself the stress next time around.

Stone Synergy have a good website with visualization tool which is very useful and is main reason why i chose them for one of my projects. The quotes were very promptly provided by Nick, who was helpful and even send me some extra samples ( max. 3 per customer). However not all experience is positive. The template guy is a bit of the diva! As soon as he saw a corner cantilever he left immediately. I wasn't even able to discuss the solution! Very unhelpful and misleading as this type of designs are all over internet. For my other project I spoke with a supplier and they had a laugh after I told them about restrictions at Stone Synergy. I was also charged for aborted template, had to change the design and lose one sating space. They also introduced the joint in the bathroom worktop, which is completely unnecessary (overall worktop size small) and it was not discussed with me prior to fabrication. So overall with plenty other suppliers around I cannot recommend Stone Synergy. Their skills ans ability seems to be lacking behind what others can provide.
We are absolutely delighted with our new quartz stone worktop. From start to finish, Andy ensured that the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of the quartz is outstanding — it looks stunning, feels solid, and has completely transformed the space.
The workmanship is excellent, with precise cuts and a flawless finish. Installation was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Special thanks to Josh and Tom for an excellent job with the install. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work.
I’ve had many compliments already, and it’s both beautiful and practical for everyday use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a quartz worktop. Fantastic service and a top-quality product.

I wanted to see more samples and offered to pay for them (as I've already received some for free), to which they sent me a rude email expressing annoyance that I haven't decided already, and that "time is running out" and I just need to pay the money.
What a joke. I'm trying to buy a £4k worktop and can't even see a sample. This attitude makes me feel like they just want me to pay and go away, and they don't care if I'm happy with the worktop or not.
Poor customer service. And this is before I've handed over any money. I'm scared to find out what happens after I pay them.
Other suppliers offer plenty of samples, like Gemini Worktops have sent me a ton for free, and I've bought samples from DIY kitchens for £5 each. So I definitely won't be buying my worktop from Stone Synergy.
The price and quality of the quartz worktop and splashback were excellent. I was initially quite worried about the installation, but there was no need — the tradesmen adjusted the size during installation and everything fitted very well.
Customer service answered most of my questions. While responses sometimes took a little time, I understood this was because they needed to check the details before getting back to me.
The experience would be even better if the lead time between order confirmation, templating, and installation could be shorter and more flexible, as some competitors seem to manage this more efficiently. That said, I was (fortunately—or unfortunately!) able to find the right quartz at a great price here. 😄

We were initially really impressed with the price and planned to purchase our worktops from Stone Synergy however after dealing with a salesperson we decided to go elsewhere.
We had our quote a few weeks back with the Guy Fawkes discount of 10%. We touched base with this person yesterday and I asked if he could requote when the Black Friday sale goes live as it had an offer of 30% off plus 50% off templating & installation.
He told me this would put up our quote which is very confusing considering the current offer we had was only 10%. I asked him to breakdown the prices for my understanding to which I got a blunt email telling me 'The price is correct'.
We've now gone elsewhere due to the lack of customer service and transparency.

I got a quote from Nick and it was way lower than Wren same colour and product.Whilst on the phone I sent my kitchen plan 3D and Nick gave me some invaluable advice not just on the best cuts, a dplashback behind the hob from the same cut for the upstands , but also the layout of the kitchen itself - things that will significantly improve the kitchen
He is very friendly, pragmatic and totally knowledgeable
They fit anywhere in the UK and include fitting and laser measurements - with a saving of 900 pounds it is decided - Wren are friendly and I will get the kitchen there but the worktops are for Stone Synergy

We went with white Silestone quartz and it looks absolutely stunning. The templating was done by Jason, who was polite, meticulous, and clearly experienced. Install was quick and tidy. Thanks, Stone Synergy!

I had high hopes after hearing good things about this company, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the reputation.
Similarly to many others living in the UK, I don’t live in a mansion or very large property with an open plan living area. As a result of this, my kitchen room is on the smaller side and is more line with some of the gallery layouts you’ll see in the showrooms at Wickes or Wren. I contacted Stone synergy for a quote to be able to replace one of my worktops and instead of offering a minimum spend or any options, they just straight up decline to provide me with a quote - I guess the size of my kitchen indicates I am too poor to have the privilege of using their services. While I appreciate it as a smaller project, given the other providers have quoted between £1.4k and £2k, I genuinely am curious what their minimum order value is because this is not published on their website. The interaction was polite, but ultimately dismissive. I’d suggest the company consider being more transparent about project requirements.
As an additional side note, the wording of their “request being within 24 hours” is slightly disingenuous and should just say next working day as it is very common not to work on a Sunday, but if you’ve given an indication that you’ll still get a response that day it isn’t great. It would be better if they could reword this.

We were looking for a solid worktop for our new kitchen, and Stone Synergy was recommended to us by a family member. Kevin was extremely helpful and after we had decided on 'White Shimmer' Quartz, he priced the job up for us ( which we were really happy with by the way ) and said to let him know a week before the kitchen would be ready so he he could book the templating. Suffice to say templating was done within a couple of hours and less than a week later the worktops were fitted and I can't overstate how happy we are with the finished look.
The whole process was seamless from start to finish, even though we had made a few alterations along the way, and we would like to thank the whole team for a great job.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team.
