I bought quite a few items from Stolen Goat. I find the product to be high quality and functional. Some very nice designs with different fits available.
More importantly to me is their customer service. Honestly, within reason they are excellent. I have had a few reasons to contact them. They are helpful, pleasant, friendly and consistent. I really hope they continue to thrive. Totally recommend. Nice gear😃

So after reading the information on the Stolen GOAT website, I bought these climb and conquer winter gloves, as they were the must have winter gloves.

They claim to be warm in cold temperatures but my experience is that they are not warm even at 3 - 6
degrees they are cold.

I have now read cyclists feedback and lots say you need liner gloves at lower temperatures and that is true, but that affects the flexibility, they maybe water and windproof (don't really know yet) but they are not warm in winter sadly.

So if you have cold hands stick with mitts.

Unless I have a dodgy pack ?

Orders in May 2025 I waited 3 months for my custom team kit, they messed up and didn’t have the size of the item I ordered, sent me a smaller size that didn’t fit. Now have to wait 3 months again until October for the right item in the right size. No real resolution other than being told to wait, didn’t try to find a solution or compensate me. Shame, really nice kit, I’d expect better especially considering the value of the orders our club put through them, won’t order again.

Great customer service. They actually answer the phone if you need some information. Fair prices. Crash replacement policy & help. Small UK company doing their best to help c you cyclist's a d athletes. What more can I say. And they support Cycling UK

So I have read a few reviews of Stolen Goat some of which I think are unfair. So I fit in the had to return category as I was looking for a jersey for multi-day use. The jersey’s are great with cool designs, super lightweight materials, zip garage and a fit true to size (imo). They went back as I need a flat stitched seam which to be fair I didn’t check for.

Returns are pretty simple, although you pay your own postage - fair enough in my case (always read the description). I think if you are a roady or Zwift warrior these are probably for you. If you are a gravel, bike packer maybe less so.

I’m trying to buy something on their website and the stock is limited size wise but when I do find something I can’t upload my details. 4 times I’ve tried but I have just given up. Once I enter my card details it asks me for my name even though I have already uploaded my name and email address. Sort it out!

I left it very late to order some clothing for a cycling holiday (duh). Despite paying extra for rapid delivery I was still worried it might not arrive in time so I called Andy at Stolen Goat and he could not have been more helpful. He really went the extra mile to make sure I got my things the very next morning. Fantastic customer service! The cycling gear looks good too...

Just received the new vortex patterned swim jammer for my wife and I. Superb fit, style and comfort. Excellent. Fully recommend. Followed the sizing so went the next size up for my wife as she is tall. For me they fit well even around my cyclists thighs. Feels like cycle bib shorts so foe me familiar feel and comfort.

Great quality clothing, bought many items for my son. Had to return one due to sizing, excellent and efficient customer service, highly recommend this company!

I have purchased several items recently, and was very impressed with the quality. Their customer service is also excellent and they reply to messages promptly. Their clothing may seem expensive to some, but compared to some of the Italian "luxury" brands like Castelli, Assos, etc., Stolen Goat is good value for the quality. Most of the items I purchased were from their summer sale, PLUS an extra 25% off for their 10th birthday celebration promotion, so I was especially impressed with how much high-quality gear I got for my money.

i bought some cycling gloves and matching cap from the Outlet section of the website and they were very cheap. I didn't have much expectation of them but they are quality products.
They have some 'out there' designs too if that's your thing.

I’ve just left a bad review over at Le Col… they suck. And to compensate for this bad karma, I’m coming here to say that Stolen Goat make genuinely quality gear, excellent material and design with a company ethic (lifetime crash repairs) and pricing strategy (not cheap, but clear value for money) that makes Le Col look like a marketing scam.

Buy Stolen Goat. It’s fab.

I've only used them for road cycle products. Climb & Conquer jacket and tights very good in particular.
Customer service extremely positive.
Sizing was an issue once which was immediately rectified.
Overall I am extremely pleased with their products and service and would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of my gilet is fantastic. And when I had a problem with the sizing, they were excellent at exchanging quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
