Good luck getting any response from…

Good luck getting any response from this company.
They dont respond to emails.
I have sent the product back to them on a signed for delivery as it was the wrong part they sent.
I have proof they have recieved it and have told them why its incorrect.
I have sent six emails now, no replies.
They clearly have no intentions of compliance with the laws of distance selling, avoid at all cost.

Returns not possible - No customer service exists

I ordered a bed base (additional part to a cot) direct from the website. Unfortunately after receiving this I realised it was the wrong one according to the person it was bought for. I am trying to process a return and it says you must email customer services. I have emailed on Saturday 29th October and sent two further emails since. I have still not received a reply to my email and I am waiting to process my return. There is no online chat or contact number to speak to someone. If you have a problem with a purchase it seems there is nothing that can be done to resolve a return?! Case no. 03032769

There is an engineering God after all....

Having had an awful experience with Hyundai products, courtesy of genpower (official distributors of unpleasantness, controversy, and obstruction) my investigation led me to a Latvian company called "Suti gudri SIA)..the air compressor specifications far exceeded other UK products such as vevor and Orazio, which have awful, terrible ,reviews on trustpilot.
They really do!
In fact no air compressor in the UK achieves higher than three on trustpilot, the after sales service from UK businesses behind silent air compressors is truely awful, its amazing they are still in business!
Go on read the reviews!
Which brings me nicely back to Suti gudri, and AFLATEK.
The specifications are excellent, 210 litres per minute, and astonishingly, you put a plug on it......and...it works!!
Yes....it really works!!!....(unlike anything from genpower please note, which doesn't, or if it does ,it won't do for long)
The AFLATEK product is well made, as mentioned ,great specs, it works!, and yes ,much, much quieter than a traditional compressor. Its also a very pretty little thing,
It has utterly seduced me. I am presently thrilled to bits with it, its great. And its actually quite light to carry around too. Its entirely possible I might leap on my motorbike and drive off to Latvia, (after lockdown of course,) to find a Latvian female and marry her!
I am all for all things Latvian at the moment.
Anyway, AFLATEK is the ONLY silent air compressor in the UK with good reviews, note that very well!
You had better read that again, because its so amazing.
You need to realise the enormity of that fact!
Its truely mind blowing.
(A bit like discovering God is an atheist.
Personally I don't believe that)
Anyway....
All the others are terrible, AVOID!
If it explodes next week and kills me I'll let you know with another review (written posthumously of course)
Need a good compressor?

PS...note delays are occurring at UK customs.

Kompresor

Hi

My compressor has been broken for about 3 months now.

The seller ignores my messages.

Does not perform warranty service

I do not recommend this company !!!!!!

16 more days have passed and nothing changes
The seller promised to take the compressor for repair, but no longer responds to messages
