Your cancellation policy is terrible
Your cancellation policy is terrible, even though a seller missed the shipping deadline you still did not allow me to cancel. I will never make another purchase through your company again. Untrustworthy and unprofessional by not following your own rules.

I’m very disappointed, I wanted the black one , the picture showed black and I received the gray . The wording was small to state it’s gray, but the picture is black .
