Disappointed

The cleats are fine, but one has no insert … just the hard plastic base with no cushion insert. The other was fine. Super disappointing when my son put them on for practice. What’s the point of inspecting your product if it’s not inspected properly?

They could not help me with anything…

They could not help me with anything and the sellerr is right not the consumer even after talking to the rep less than 2 min after they sold still couldn't help me cancel and made me have negative on account. But ill buy from elsewhere where you can make better buying decisions.

Stock X sucks

I already left a review. Stock X is the worst. ZERO customer service. Waited over a month for a package. Needed help with why my delivery was being held up by FedEx when there was no signature needed, stock X makes it really hard to get any help. I hate stock X.

still have not received my package

still have not received my package. I don't know what is going on, and I have not received any clear response or explanation about the status of my order. The delivery is significantly delayed, and customer support has not provided any useful information. I would like to know where my package is and when it will finally be delivered. Very disappointing experience so far.
