Items never arrived

Made an order on 5th December and got a shipping notification a few days later with a tracking link. About 1-2 weeks later I checked the link and it hadn’t been updated since 7th December so I contacted them to check my order. They dismissed my concerns and reassured me that my item would show up by 22nd December. Of course it didn’t. I was initially told I’d need to wait until 27th before they could consider it ‘lost’ but I managed to argue that this wasn’t acceptable seen as they were clearly bought for Christmas and they issued a refund.

In speaking to customer service I found out that the items are shipped from the USA to the UK which isn’t clear on the website (I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known for fear of them getting lost in the post).

The customer service was okay (not amazing but fine) but a company literally making Christmas stockings needs to be more on it with ensuring items get to customers by Christmas!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do NOT order from this site

This website is a scam, plain and simple. I placed an order, was charged, and never received anything. There is no real customer service — emails are ignored and there is no way to resolve issues.

The website is designed to look legitimate, but once they have your money:
• Orders are never delivered
• Tracking is non-existent or fake
• Refunds are not provided
• Contacting them is impossible

A quick look at reviews shows countless people with the same experience, which makes it very clear this is not an isolated issue.

Avoid this site at all costs. Buy from a real, reputable retailer instead of risking your money here.

Rip off, avoid at all costs

Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. I don’t know if this company actually exists, and if they do they are useless. My family spent ages on the website choosing our special Christmas stockings and paid almost £150 for them. I placed the order on 2nd Dec. When I didn’t receive it after a week or so I looked at the tracking link which just threw up an error message. I called their customer service (only open til 4pm M-F). They explained my order was lost and they would urgently reprint and send expedited 2 daydelivery. I got a shipment notice a few days later. When I looked at the link it said it would arrive 30th Dec, ie 15 days later and after Christmas. I spoke again to their customer service who are based in the Philippines. She promised me she was going to transfer me to a UK based supervisor, but instead I sat on hold and ended up back speaking to the Philippines team. They tell me they have processed a refund but whether I will get my money back remains to be seen. Meanwhile my family have no Christmas stocking and all other websites are sold out or can’t deliver on time. I’m furious with them and I urge other customers to place their business somewhere else.

Error with order, means no stocking for newborn.

I purchased a needlepoint Customesied stocking in the middle of November for my newborn baby's first stocking. There was an error with my original order and it never arrived 5th December. I could not order a replacement until the 11/december which meant a new delivery estimate of 30/december.
I didn't buy it to use next year.
I'm totally unhappy with the customer service too, offering no explanation or exploration of the issue except canceling that order and starting back at square one.
I would suggest purchasing 6 months before Christmas in order to avoid disappointment.
