For lighter orders, we send items by standard post, which doesn’t include tracking. For heavier orders over 1kg, a tracking number is usually provided; however, our system doesn’t always automatically send it out.

Little gifts
I love buying items from the St Martin Apostolate, online or (preferably, in person). I recently ordered some little gifts for my mother's friends including the cute little statuettes of St Martin as he would have looked as a child (if this sounds confusing, just look at the brochure). They were beautiful and wrapped with great care.

My package never arrived
My package never arrived, so after contacting by phone, a new delivery was organised and I received it in the next two days.
Maybe you should always organise to provide a tracking number otherwise there is no way to follow up.
