I pre-ordered a bid day basket

I pre-ordered a bid day basket. I specifically requested a Large tshirt and was given a medium. I went to the store to exchange and the sales rep didnt know if I could. I later received a text message saying they could not exchange the tshirt, even though I specifically asked for a large and was given no note as to why i was provided with a medium. I called the shop and explained the situation to Pam, the owner, who said she would provide a refund and could I please return the shirt. It has has been 24 hours and I still have not received thew refund.

Large Sorority Basket

I ordered the large sorority basket as a surprise for my daughter. She received it the day after bid day just as expected and absolutely loved it! Thank you!

The product was exactly as I ordered …

The product was exactly as I ordered and shipping was fast! Super fast and friendly if you have a question with there response! Only suggestion I would make is sending an email on estimated shipping. No biggie, I was just curious, I didnt see anywhere that it said! But I will be a returning customer and I will recommend to anybody!
