Worst customer service ever!!!!! - High quality F1 products
Stint Apparel have some lovely Formula 1 themed product, t-shirts hoodies etc.
I purchased a t-shirt and hoodie Chrismas 2023. They were both very quality. The hoodie was too small so returned it following their instructions asking for an exchange. Never received any correspondence back and as a result had to request a refund from the courier company I have no idea whether they received it. As the hoodie was a Christmas present I ordered the replacement on 11 February, they have my money but item is still unfilled. I have contacted them repeatedly since Feb and no response. I tried sending messages on the chat feature on their site and no response. They use 'judge me' and after leaving 1 star reviews there is no response or feedback to my messages. There are more and more people complaining about unfilled orders but there is no reply. It's such a shame Stint Apparel customer service is awful as their products if you are lucky enough to recieve them are lovely. It's a shame they have such little regard for their customers.
Just to update this review I have now had to contact the credit card company as paid £45, for a hoodie and nothing received despite chasing them weekly for 8 weeks. This is false advertising taking your money and then not supplying the goods.
