I booked an airport transfer service from Ubud, Bali to Denpasar airport with Stillvacation on Klook and the taxi driver didn't show up. I couldn't contact him/her through the provided phone number. Neither on Whatsapp. Even the emergency contact provided in the email wasn't able to be reached. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and no results. Coudn't track the status on the given link either. Finally I had to ask my hotel manager to arrange another taxi for me. It was the worst experience I had during my stay in Bali.

Booked private transport from Denpasar airport to Amed. Gave flight info in booking. My flight was delayed and instead of waiting to pick me up when I arrived, the driver just left and went home. I had to pay $$$$ at the airport to get to my hotel.

andrew is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the six of us through the area. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the tour.

The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Andrew who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide!
