Bike is insane! Everything was super easy to navigate and communication was brilliant. Will definitely use Stif again in the future!

Bought a Troy Lee helmet which was a great price and delivered quickly. Had to return it due to a fault (manufacturing issue which I hadn’t noticed until after I’d removed the tags) and they couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with.

Do not buy from this retailer, just look at how they are not informing their customers on the Santa Cruz Heckler battery recall.
Disgusting.

Ordered a new sram axs groupset online. Contact was on point and the service was outstanding. My order was delivered the following morning by courier.

-Wouldn't sell me a V10,even after consistently asking for one (They referred me to a Nomad which I bought instead (2-3 ish years later ) I got to ride a V10 absolutely hated it, After riding my nomad for 3 years absolutely love it ,best bike I have ever ridden ,at my 6 weeks first service ,my rear coil shock absorber was broken or something ,got it replaced under warranty for a rock shock air shock ,brilliant service

(Thank you for not selling me the V10 even though I insisted on it many times )(however it isn't as hard to ride / pedal as guy in the shop told me )

Stiff (and Santa Cruz) are amazing for customer services. I needed an obscure part for my V1 Bronson, Stiff (and SC) provided for free the next day after making the request. I have dealt with Stiff on a few occasions and have been delighted with the friendly and efficient manner in which they engage with you. Will defo get my next SC from Stiff.

Good Price & delivery but Fox Gloves broke the first time of use - They arent expensive products but they wanted the old ones back before they would send me any others (although they are broken and I sent lots of pictures).

Customer Service was a little blunt too but hey maybe I'm just annoying lol

Stif did a wonderful job for me. Bought a cracking bike from them; they built it packed it and despatched it exceptionally quickly - you know what it’s like when you get the N+1 excitement - you want the bike straight after you pay.
