These guys are the best. If you need to host a server, Sticky Piston is where to do it. They were incredibly helpful in getting my mods set up and in overall customer service. I was unsure if I had bought enough ram and they were kind enough to give me an extra gb for free. I can't begin to explain how amazing the people who run this are. I've never had better customer service and when I am ready for my next modded server I will 100% go with Sticky Piston. I love it!

Had no lag or anything like that using their hosting services with multiple players on a large custom modpack. Support could be a tiny bit better in terms of responding but once your ticket is in progress they'll do everything they can to help you out.

I've used Sticky Pistons for a few servers over the years, located in different countries, with different mod packs, vanilla, paper, you name it. Without exception - every experience as been phenomenal.

The experience with their actual servers easily meets or is above today's standards. I can't remember experiencing any downtime, and when one of my players caused a crash the SP staff were so quick, polite, and informative about fixing it that eventually I just... Wasn't stressed anymore.

These guys are great. What can I say? I will continue to use StickyPiston for any and all of my Minecraft server needs. Well done, team!

I have been getting Minecraft servers from StickyPiston for years. Their uptime is glorious, their support staff is amazing, and I can honestly say I will pretty much always get hosting from them when I need it. I happily recommend their service to friends who need server hosting. I actually just *cancelled* my third server from StickyPiston. It wasn't being used, so I couldn't justify the expense. They were even awesome through that brief and painless process.

This is a great server hosting service, I have no complaints. The discord server had a great community support channel and really helped me buy the server I needed.

I've been using StickyPiston on and off for four(ish) years. After considering purchasing a new modded Minecraft server, I recently reviewed a lot of hosting services for quality, prices, and so on. After a few hours, I have come to the conclusion that StickyPiston is by far the best option for me. The customer support I have experienced in the past is amazing, the pricing, a wee bit more than some, yet it is worth it for the ease of access, tech support, and server quality overall. So once again, I am going to use StickyPiston and enjoy my time with them; I recommend you do as well!

They upgraded my server without asking because they were just that kind, don't just expect to get free upgrades but they are super kind and helpful regardless, some of the best service I've had and some great quality people

Switched from another provider to start a modded server and I have never received better customer service from anything, absolutely incredible. So, so helpful in getting everything set up and super quick and helpful when dealing with the problems mods can throw up. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

One of the best hosts I've ever used, incredibly quick to update my custom modpack server, most the time responding within under an hour, and any issues I have are always resolved in record time. Customer service and hosting service is incredibly good, won't be using anyone else!

Amazing helpers help me figure out everything I needed I knew nothing about this stuff and they walked me through it step for step 10/10 would recommend to a freind

These guys are always great. I've never had an issue they couldn't solve and the platform is super easy. they help with server pack builds, server problems, and they've even helped me fix client side stuff. I'll never use another hosting service!

I have been with Sticky Piston for several months now and will never use another hosting company. Their customer service is the best I have experienced in all my years. They are professional, polite, prompt and very helpful.

The server quality is amazing, they will guide you if you want to do the setup and additions or they will set it up for you, all you have to do is tell them want you want.

Me being an older person and x server co owner, I want nothing to do with the setup and plugins.

If I could give them more then 5 Stars I would, the services they provide are so worth the money I spend for is so worth it.

Out of various Minecraft Hosting companies, StickyPiston is by far the easiest to get used to and the Support Stuff is amazing. Big / Small Problems, not working mods, modpack updates or simple questions, they always answer quickly and with the needed 'know how'.
The servers I use are always swiftly online and stable.

I Will definitely keep renting a Server here and can recommend it to others wholeheartedly.

StickyPiston is without a doubt the best Minecraft hosting service I have ever used. I've tried many in the past and for each one I have had problems ranging from horrible customer service response times to servers not even working. StickyPiston, on the other hand, has fantastic customer support that will get back to you incredibly quickly, and the team is incredibly helpful in sorting out any issues. It is incredibly fast and easy to set up a server, whether it be a vanilla server, spigot, or any modpack you can think of. There's also a free one day trial you can use to test it for yourself.

I went with StickyPiston as they claim to be so easy to use, and Minecraft specialists.
To date, they have been absolutely correct. Polite, friendly staff; prompt assistance; amazing knowledge of mine craft and mods and a stable, easy to use server and interface.
The few questions I have had, and the team at StickyPiston have not only found an answer, but also implement it for me smoothly and flawlessly!

Couldn't be happier with them , and I don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Initially the server was not available until 4 hours after despite the instant setup, due to lack of space, but it was quickly put onto a temporary location so it was able to be online.
Changing the mod pack was almost instant, I had done it many times over the 30 days.
Adding a custom modpack was quick and simple and done within a reasonable amount of time.
If I am to return to owning a server then I will return to this host.
