Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service! Very quick email response. I wanted to exchange one of the city pouches for a new color, and instead - they’re offering to send a replacement with no returning! So easy to deal with, definitely will be ordering from this company again.

Ordered product, waiting to receive.

I played an order with BOGO promotion. Website allowed me to place the order but it did not translate to the company. Company is asking that I write a review to receive the second pouch. Looks very cute, excited to get it!

The customer service is 12/10! I had a question about my order and not only did they answer my question, the response time was so fast!! Ontop of that the bags are sooo cute! I purchased them for my bachelorette party!
