I placed an order on November 13th, with a delivery date scheduled for December 5th. Unfortunately, I have still not received the order to date, despite it being intended as a gift. This delay has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, I was told that couriers are busy, which I find to be an inadequate explanation. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and reflects an unprofessional level of service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no update on deliveries no response from several emails been more than a month since the order and nothing, tracking hasn’t moved for two weeks save your money

I ordered from Sticky Zoo after they advertised a “Free gift with every order.” No gift was included in my package.

The product I received did not match the description and did not fit properly. When I requested a return, the merchant refused to cover the return shipping cost, even though EU consumer law requires sellers to cover return fees for non‑conforming products.

Instead of providing a proper refund, the seller offered only a 20% partial refund and told me to keep the item. They also instructed me to declare the return package as “$5” to avoid customs duties, which is inappropriate and puts customers at legal risk.

After 8 December, the merchant stopped responding completely.

This company is unreliable, does not honor its advertising claims, and does not respect consumer rights. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I placed an order and got no updates at all from them. No response to emails, no acknowledgment after using their online forms. They claim they are on WhatsApp but they are not. This site is a SCAM. I have contacted my bank for a refund.

I brought two charms one for myself and the other for my daughter in law. They are more beautiful in person. Excited to order more. Wonderful job.

Took them ages to reply to my emails.
Cardigan- puppy miloni - was poor quality for price. Had to spend £15 to return it!!!! Never buy again. V disappointed.

Be aware! Looks it’s a scam :/ No order confirmation, no response to my emails or DM on Instagram, and I’ve been blocked by them on Insta for my comments. You cannot even report them anywhere.

Super SCAM! The sent a size that doesnt correspond with the size guide. Then I asked for an exchange. It was a pain to get it, finally did. I had to pay for the return even being their mistake! They haven’t sent the exchanged one and dont answer via email nor whatsapp. Horrible experience

This company is a scam, they have a so-called customer service, but never works. You cannot return product, even though they claim that you could pay the shipping fee to return it. The products are shipped from China, and I found that the exactly same products were sold $1-3 over there. This is really a scam!

Great quality tshirt, both the fabric and the little dog plush details are excellent. Really happy with it, I’ll definitely buy again.

Ordered from the website over 2 weeks ago.
I have not received any update on the order for a week and a half. After contacting customer service, I received tracking information that has not changed for a week… Customer service was not very helpful. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to getting my charms.
