I waited two weeks for the product to arrive from China then the item broke within the first day. I emailed Sticky Zoo about it but didn’t receive any response. Poor quality and bad customer service

I ordered my charm on February 13, on their site it states that the delivery takes 10 days maximum, I waited for 30 days!!! And it still didn’t come. I cancelled my order and waited 7 days for a refund, also they charge insane amount of money for pieces that are made in china so it’s basically the same thing as fast fashion. Avoid it, there’s much more interesting unique pieces than this piece of plastic from china

Bought a phone cover … came with small defect… sent an email to the support team… no response after a week … just another company chasing sales without any service after

I grabbed the gift box option and it was totally worth it. The whole thing looks legitt high end. The charm is well made and the leather feels really soft and nice. Got tons of thank yous from the person I gave it to and ofc that made me happy.

I have an obsession with journals and notebooks. This Lulu the sheep is by far the cutest I own. The leather is so soft! A little pricey but worth it. Plus it’s easily refillable !
