The beaded wrist straps looked really beautiful online and when I first got them they were just as nice. However as time has gone on, not even a month has passed and the gold accents have already started to tarnish and look bronze which has ruined the aesthetic. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it

It’s really cheap quality and materials. Not worth the price at all.

I order a mobile cover and a strap which cost me more than £100.00 and I never received my items. When I contacted there customer service they never replied back with update. I have been waiting now almost a month for my order but I never got and they didn’t refund my money also. They’re doing fraud and cheating people.

Ordered an ‘amber’ wrist strap for my iPhone from sticky zoo. Purchased because it stated real amber, looked beautifully packaged and good quality. I checked reviews which all looked good on trip advisor but this hasn’t been the case.

When finally arrived it came in an extremely poorly packaged white envelope and from china! The quality is so cheap and tacky, it’s totally plastic. So I’ll break within days (not that you’d want to use it in the first place).

Requested a refund to be told over a week ago now ‘awaiting authority to confirm refund is accepted’

This company falsely advertise their products and retuns policy, I’m now going through my bank for support to get the £38 back I spent on a product that is nothing as overtired.

I ordered the cat charm as a memorial piece for my old cat and genuinely cried opening it. Something about the face and colors just reminded me of him instantly.

There was a slight defect in the first order, but Sticky Zoo quickly remedy the situation. The product is mastery handcrafted of high quality and served very well as a gift.

not impressed with the delivery of the items considering it's sold at a premium price. on social media product should arrive in a branded package with a logo , as thats how its promoted as a high premium accessory great for a gift but mine arrived in basic plastic folder like as if it came from China. I have my doubts that its handmade in netherlands, this item is just made in China and they have good marketing sold at stupid amounts of money. definitely not worth the price sold , save your money as its a hoax , can't be given as a gift.

The shipment time to Poland, confirmed during the purchase process, was 3-5 working days. Already 2 weeks have passed, and the shipment status remains unchanged. Approximate delivery time on the carrier's website: 30 days.

Absolutely thrilled with my two key/bag charms!! I bought the tuxedo cat which is the double of my 17 year old boy Peter and I just fell in love with the Shrimp too. It was lovely that I was offered a free camera key ring too which I love the sound and flashes. The craftsmanship is superb. It looks identical to online. It’s large leather is soft and light and the hardware is shiny and looks high end jewellery like. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be buying more from this company.

I bought the cream poodle shirt after staring at it for like two weeks. In person the little dogs have actual texture and dimension which photos don’t fully show. The fit is relaxed but still flattering around the shoulders. Wore it to brunch immediately.

Chinese company masquerading as European design.
Here are a list of reasons not to buy from this company:

1. Orders take weeks to arrive - because they are not coming from Europe as their marketing would have you believe, but from China.

2. Goods are not fit for purpose. One of three phone lanyards I bought broke from holding the weight of the phone.

3. If you want to return these substandard products you have to pay the postage. They do mention this on their website but nowhere does it mention that you will be returning to China at great cost.

4. Misleading advertising on social media states that these goods are designed in Amsterdam and hand made/tested. They are mass produce, flimsy tat being made for pennies and sold for a premium.

5. This company is selling grossly overpriced, useless goods. Your order will arrive late, probably with an item missing ( the one you paid for not one of the many rubbish freebies). You will want to return but it will cost you half as much again to do so.

6. Their customer service is automated nonsense designed to make you give up. Don’t give up. Report to trading standards, exercise your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Don’t fall for the glossy marketing campaigns. These products are a SCAM. This company is going to take your money.
SCAM products. SCAM service. SCAM company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Don’t buy from this company. Took ages to receive purchased item comes from China. Mine arrived too late so had to return. No free gift inside. Paid postage. I have proof it’s been delivered to the return address but they have stated not received. Endless emails. No refund on postage even though promised delivery time not achieved and missing free gift, so its their fault they should refund postage.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The phone strap clasp feels secure which was my main concern. I walk around the city constantly and didn’t want my phone randomly falling Been using it daily for over a month and no issues at all. Still looks new.

The order is very nice packed and high quality, however I was waiting for it for 23 days. Thats why I’m giving 4 stars not 5.

Love my charms! I got the teddy bear with the vintage camera and they are amazing. The camera works fine, it also takes videos and you can easily move your photos and videos to your phone or laptop. The bear is super fluffy and exactly like the photos. The quality is great and the order arrived quickly. Packaging also is wonderful and most importantly I got the leather doggy as a free gift with my order. Definitely, ordering again!

I bought a phone charm wristlet and it broke 2 min after I attacked it. Super cheaply made. Don’t bother!
