Late delivery

I ordered some children's name bracelets 10 days ago and they still haven't arrived. They are in the process of customs clearance since 21.6. The tracking system is unable to give me further information. This delay makes my order completely useless.

Ci dispiace che abbia avuto problemi con la consegna della scorsa estate. Purtroppo non siamo in grado di verificare questa affermazione senza il numero e i dettagli del suo ordine.

Abbiamo fornito a tutti i clienti tutte le informazioni direttamente tramite il supporto su ciò che accade esattamente alla dogana postale in Italia. Siamo stati in grado di occuparci di tutti i clienti che ci hanno fornito le informazioni richieste.

Garantiamo la consegna delle etichette personalizzate ordinate a ogni cliente.

Se queste ci vengono restituite perché non vengono ritirate in dogana a causa di spese aggiuntive o per discrepanze di indirizzo, possiamo aiutarvi solo se il cliente ci fornisce tutte le informazioni pertinenti.

In effetti, per diverse settimane ci sono stati problemi alla dogana che non sono stati causati da Stickerkid.

nothing received and no communication from support

I placed an order on Sept, 5th 2022 with website stating that shipment take place in 24hours.
after 3 days without any progress in the order, i wrote an email to the customer support, without receiving any answer. the next day i opened a ticket through my personal area in their website (stickerkid.it), i received an automatic generic response from the system but never had any real answer to my enquiries.
after one week from trying to contact them, my order is still no shipped and i have no information when it will be.
luckily PayPal refunded me in full.
