Woeful customer service.
Ordered a sample run of stickers for my business and the print was incorrect. I contacted them twice to see if they would reimburse or replace the order but was roundly ignored.
Other people I know have been lucky with them but if they make a mistake don't count on them rectifying it any time soon.

StickerApp ships very quickly. And at first sight, the 20 EURO price seems like a great deal. But as the wise saying goes: You get what you pay for. Please don't be blinded by the cheap price as I was. I ordered two sets of stamps, totaling 40 EUROS, and I regret it extremely. Spend a bit more money for a more high-quality stamp at another company.

I got a set of 61 custom stickers printed through them. I got them 2" by 1.6" large. Their customer support was very helpful and gave me advice on why my original uploaded image wouldn't work well. I fixed it and it shipped the next day and was delivered in less than a week. Shipping was free, and they gave me a free sticker from one of their other designs.

I got matte vinyl and it looks really good. Nonreflective plastic, colors are very good.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I own a small business and this company does not reply to even simple technical questions regarding their products. I tried messaging them on Facebook, and emailing them. I never hear back. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order for stickers. The stickers arrived SUPER tiny. I offered to return them for my money back. I was then informed that my stickers would be sent out in the correct size and to just keep the tiny ones. I never received a tracking number or follow up email on my order. I have sent three emails regarding my stickers and still no response.

I still have nothing.

We've ordered before and stickers came out great. Their customer service is super friendly and responsive!

Never got my order. Never received an answer about where it was. Company doesnt respond when you contact them and at first provided an invalid tracking number to me.

I placed an order and 3 weeks later i had to email them only to get a message back that UPS lost my order. Wasted time.

I was hesitant at first, because? High quality stickers? In bulk? For Cheap? But they have done it yet again! I'm so so pleased with the quality of these stickers, I use them for all my sticker products now! The turn around can take a while sometimes, I think my last one was 2 weeks, but they tell you right from the get-go. If you're looking to have a really nice product to represents the work you put into your brand, you need to be printing with StickerApp

I didn't know anything about this company before I happened upon them on I interwebs but iam do glad I found them! I never try them but look like wonderful.I really want to try! It's everything AMAZING!
Lovely customer service and great quality product as well.

I ordered about 10 designs in sets of 100. The quality of the printing looks good, and the stickers came in individually sealable bags, however the stickers feel thinner and lower quality then ones I have gotten from other printers. I also find that the front of the sticker gets stuck to my cardboard sleeves, the inside of the bag, and stuck to other stickers in the bag. Wasn't a big deal at first but proves to be very frustrating over time.

Prompt customer service, easy to use website and turned out exactly as needed, quick for a custom order too. Will use again in future

I place an order weeks ago and I have no idea where is my money or my stickers. There is no number where to call them and they do not answer on Facebook! I simply never got anything for what I paid. I am really upset.

I’ve been getting my art printed on stickers for years now. I’ve tried a ton of companies, I’ve learned a lot through trial and error. Let me help you. StickerApp is hands down the best sticker company when it comes to quality. The biggest question I get in regards to being a sticker/pin/street artist is “Have you ever tried ____ sticker company? They’re the best!” Almost always I’ve tried the company in question, and I always respond with, “They aren’t better than Stickerapp.”. There’s a reason they have such a huge following on I.G. (352,000+ followers can’t be wrong). Quality: 10 out of 10
Not only is their quality of printing/material and options the best, but the customer service is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had from ANY business. It doesn’t matter how dumb of a question I ask them, they respond almost always within the hour. I’ve trusted them so much with their expertise, that one time when I was sending an order through, I said, “Just make these stickers awesome, I trust you.”. I didn’t expect them to do anything special really. I thought they’d just send me my stickers like normal. No, they took creative control and decided on the cutline (no cutline) and chose the finish of the sticker (metallic). It was the best surprise ever to see that they took my design and somehow made it even better than the original.

Last thing, (because I could write a book on how awesome this company is), if they dig your design enough, they will post it on their I.G. and if you’re an artist just trying to be seen in the sea of other artists, there isn’t a better way I’ve found than having them feature your artwork.

I’ve been using stickerapp for about 2 years and never had an issue! Wether it’s a reorder or a totally new design, they come perfect, beautiful, exact colours and being in Scotland they come very fast! I recommend and tell everyone I use stickerapp for my illustrations. 5 out of 5! I recommend Stickerapp looking to get any design turned into a cool sticker.

I originally posted a review about the holographic stickers being misleading based on their marketing, and I was very upset with the way my stickers came out because of it. Had I better known the limitations of the material, I would have designed it differently.

However, StickerApp customer support reached out to me and did everything in their power to make me happy. They honestly have the nicest customer support I think I've ever worked with, and I ended up with 200 stickers that I could not be happier with. I will definitely be a repeat customer after that experience.

Very, very highly recommended based on the way they treat their customers.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Sticker App! My stickers came out beautiful and even tho I live all the way in Hawaii they still manage to get my stickers to me in no time! Also I love the little stickers that come with my orders! Thank you Sticker App!

Quick and easy! Great prices (especially compared to other big name companies) and great customer service. I had an issue with something that wasn’t their fault and they got back to me super fast and got it sorted out. 10/10 would recommend.
