They lure you to work for them but as soon as the client company stops Sthree drops you like a hot potato. They don't have your back!!!! They can better use their budget to keep their employees then doing wild teambuilding events. That there is a budget for!
A company that will contact you on LinkedIn then take your name and surname and try to guess your work email domain just to send you irrelevant spam! Even if you mention that you don't deal with recruitment they will still try to claim that they have a "legitimate interest"
Spent 2 years with the company on numerous campaigns, moving from trainee recruitment consultant to trainee manager.
Found a new job right before covid19 which was delayed. I was eligible to be taken back on and furloughed through government scheme. Any minimal admin cost to the company, they would have got back.
Sthree got back saying because it was my decision to leave they would not help me in any way. This left me with zero income for months.
Heartless organisation that don't care about their employees. My advice is to avoid. It is at times like these we see what companies are all about and Sthree showed they don't care about well-being of staff.
