The team at SHC have been looking after my wife for about 6 months, she lives alone and relies heavily on agency care. Obviously not everyone can feel comfortable with every carer but SHC worked with Julie my wife to find the perfect team that she now loves and is matched to. The care is so thoughtful and respectful that they become friends. Contact with the manager is excellent and they work hard when sometimes an appointment pops up to accommodate extra care time. I can honestly say they have never let her down.
