I was unable to download an important Microsoft update.I have used Steve Aspins' skills on several previous occasions ,with great success.This time was no different ,and he did it all remotely ,fully explaining every move. He makes it look very simple.

I have used Steven 3 times over 5 years at my two addresses in that period, he first time set my new laptop up for me promptly and was very supportive and informative making a good impression, thus i used him again earlier this year where he dwelt quickly and promptly with a hacking issue with the laptop, he was very reassuring throughout. And recently he has dealt with a fault on my laptop quickly, seein it out of action, and also updating myself to Windows 11, which i was not looking forward too, again he offered continue support and confidence building, Steven is a pro in his field of work it shows in his manner, warm clam manner and knowledge his reviews and experience shows, he is very knowledgable and always up to date in i.t. matters. my go to person is Steven.

I recently used Steven's services to set up a new laptop and transfer data from my old PC. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand for a "non techie"like me. A thoroughly good job at a reasonable price, would have no hesitation in recommending.

Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout. He took the time to explain things clearly without overcomplicating anything and was always patient when dealing with questions or issues.

What stood out most was his calm and practical approach. He genuinely wanted to solve the problem rather than just rush through it. Communication was friendly and professional, and it made the whole experience much less stressful.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable IT support and someone who actually cares about helping people.

I had problems setting up my new HP printer. Steven, together with an HP technician solved the problem and I'm now a happy bunny with a fully functioning printer!!
This is the third time I've used Steven Aspin and each time he's sorted out my IT issues in a most quiet and confident manner.

Steve virtually saved my life (again) by getting both my Printer and my Scanner going -after they both had stopped working.

Stephen Aspin has been helping me for over a year. He is excellent in all respects, solving problems no matter how long it takes. He has transferred data from an old PC to a Chrome book, saved me from losing an email account amongst other things,including printer problems
The latest magic for failing eyesight, using my TV screen as an alternative to the small chromebook screen He is also an excellent teacher, explaining and transferring his knowledge very effectively.
I am completely happy to have him in my home and I cannot recommend him highly enough

I urgently needed a power lead for my MS Surface, that I had left behind in Manchester. I fully intended to have to need to buy one and looked to find a second hand one.

Steven went well above and beyond in lending me one for the day. Very grateful and outstanding service. Will return when I need a repair or ongoing IT Support.
