2day Wealth Accelerator - Exceeded expectations for the price
Property Wealth Accelerator - These 2 days were packed with actionable info and I learned alot. Steve is not pushy and there's no gate keeping. It's clear, no fluff and a beginner could take what they learn and start their property journey (even with no money). This definitely exceeded my expectations for £99.

The two day training was amazing and been very helpful and informative too. The down side I feel it is a bit of a sale for the academy too. Which, I would consider but don’t like to have to decide the same day not giving you time to take everything on board. Plus o was told the academy o ly started in 2025 yet the people coming on say they have been with Steve for sometime at least over 2 years

We completely understand your point about being asked to make a decision on the day. The Academy is introduced during an optional session for attendees who would like to understand what ongoing support looks like after the training. Many people choose to attend that session after expressing interest in learning more, and there is never any obligation to join. Many attendees attend the two days purely for education and clarity on strategy before deciding their next steps.
Just to clarify one point, the Academy itself is a newer structured programme, however Steve and our team of coaches have been coaching and supporting property investors for many years and members of the community have worked with him in different formats over that time. That’s likely what those attendees were referring to.

I wanted to share my experience with the Steve Doran Academy, as it’s genuinely been a turning point for us getting started in property.
The training has been incredibly valuable — practical, clear, and focused on actually taking action rather than just theory. It’s given us a solid foundation and a clear direction on how to move forward.

Academy is amazing!
I joined the academy in October 2025 as a complete novice and the training provided is second to none. Not only are there comprehensive training material provided but Q&As from a variety of areas and support calls from dedicated coaches. My two most recent have been with Andrew Clayton and Richard Aylward. From both calls my questions have been answered, no question is a daft question, they supported me to understand my strategy better and provide clear actionable tasks for me to do to ensure that I continue to move forward on my journey. These coaching sessions are invaluable and I have received so much individual support through them. All of the coaches within the academy are amazing, and I feel lucky to have come across this academy, and joining is the best decision I have made. In addition the networking with other academy members gives additional support and even though I am doing my property journey on my own, I certainly don't feel alone!

Finally, proper property education that works.
I looked at a couple of property academies before joining, but none of them felt right too much “sell, sell, sell” or putting other academies down. Then I came across Steve Doran’s Property Academy, took the plunge, and honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The level of support, knowledge, and genuine care from the trainers is incredible, all of them go above and beyond. The one to one sessions alone are worth their weight in gold so thank you Richard Leonard, Helen, Andy Clayton, Ben, and of course Steve.
It’s made me realise something simple but powerful you train for most careers in life, yet so many people, myself included, go into property without really knowing what they’re doing. Since joining the Academy, I’ve learned so much and can clearly see the mistakes I made before. I only wish I had joined years ago.
If you’re serious about property and want proper guidance, support, and education, I can’t recommend this Academy enough and one last point you are never on your own.

Best decision for me
I have been a member of the Academy with Steve and Helen-Louise since June 2025 not long after the Academy began. I joined to expand my journey and portfolio in property investment and to learn more about the business of property. The knowledge from Steve and all the coaches is excellent and I truly feel they want me to succeed. There is a lot of training modules and self directed learning to do, but there is always support via weekly zoom calls and direct one to one coaching. There are opportunities for networking with other members of the Academy as well. If you are prepared to put the knowledge you learn into practice and work towards your goals then the Academy is a fantastic investment.

Been on the academy for almost a year with my son… the experience has been no less than amazing. My only regret was having made a purchase prior to the academy, that was far from the best and I would never have made this decision now, after having learnt so much. On all fronts from education to networking, I can’t fault SD. I have also recommended to friends and family. Be prepared for the upsale of the academy courses
I expect this review to be removed due to the company claiming this not to be genuine or that I was not a legitimate attendee.... I can assure you I was. How else would I know the days' content. I attended a 99 pound two day event entitled wealth accelerator. As an experienced landlord at a crossroads I was attending out of interest and to firm up my decision regarding the future. Day 1 had a few useful nuggets although it was a long day and mostly surface info across many areas including R2R, serviced accommodation, HMOs, flipping, taxation and private finance, without in depth exploration. Day 2 was mainly trying to sell the academy course costing about 14k to attendees with success stories/ case studies. I am guessing this is where any in depth info is provided and network of legal, accountant, financers etc. As I didn't want to join the academy or do package deals I tuned out on Day 2. If you attend expecting to learn in depth knowledge it is not for you but if you attend it with the knowledge that there may be a hard sell for the academy you will be okay. The positive reviews are likely from people who signed up to the academy to whom I wish the best of luck.
