Having attended quite a few property training courses over the years, I can say without hesitation that Steve Doran’s two-day programme is the best I’ve done. The amount of content was off the scale. It was well-structured and grounded in real-world experience rather than theory. Steve and Helen-Louise make an excellent team, breaking down complex strategies into actionable steps without ever oversimplifying them. I left with a much sharper understanding of my next steps and the confidence to act on them. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone serious about property, whether they’re just starting out or already have experience.

This session was invaluable. The coach was very pleasant and immediately put me at ease. He shared a wealth of information on how to get started and was highly attentive throughout. He was also extremely helpful in signposting me to the appropriate individuals and groups to support my networking efforts.
