Purchased 2x /24 residential ip ranges from them and 2 servers for the ip ranges to operate on. Once this company was paid, they stopped responding via email and never delivered anything. This website and/or fake company is a straight up FRAUD! Buyers beware - they will steal your money.

Unfortunately we had seen the comments after we paid . Until they got money even sunday they had answered . And now they do not answer tickets. They have offered and listed available ranges in 5 minutes . Now they are telling that , they are waiting answer from somewhere . So if this is not their stock , how did they offered this ranges ? We requested a refund and they are not answering has been 2-3 days. Keep away from this company. They are scammer

We work with those guys for 3 years now. We know how hard is to maintain a good server when ISPs ban new ranges and allow only /22, and where Arin gives only /22, and Ripe only /24, so hard to keep going. So we are very happy with stevan server, it gives us the fuel for our existing clients. The best proxies right now at the market. On hype item release days when Bot Protection is on, we don't get hit with a 429 error. It works fine with stevan server proxies when protection is on. Don't know any other proxy that can do that.

Payment was sent via crypto and we got proxies the same day, they had in stock.

All proxies are working for now. There is very little latency with Japan and Australia IPs, others working with the USA have no latency at all. We are very satisfied because proxy companies post bad reviews about each other and it wasn't an easy task for us to find the right solution. For now, this works great for us. We worked before with oxylab, but not working for other purposes anymore, so we moved our services here.

They requested payment via MoneyGram and once the payment is made, they stopped responding, and the server was never delivered.

Do your search, the didn’t manage to scan more than 250$ from me but I read about others who lost 1000s.

This is the best proxy company that we have ever worked with. Others are selling ips that are blocked. But at this place, we have found exactly what we were asking for.

Support is great and the server and ranges were delivered the same day like was promised. I have tried with other companies but they were all very slow and there was no help for my case. I need proxies for sneaker websites, etc...

I hope to work with this company for a long time. Speed is below 150 ms. It can handle 20k requests per second with high threads. If you want unlimited proxies or just small proxies to use in small operations, a perfect choice.

All the proxies that I used performed quite well I haven't experienced any connection interruption/disconnection or got blocked by any website.

We ordered a /22 from these jokers that was to be delivered via LOA on 9/10/20. On 9/11 we were told the LOA would be delivered once the wire was confirmed, despite we provided the screenshot. We were told if we provided this, we would get our LOA.

Then story changed, now need billing approval. They are not in the office. 9/14, fill in excuse of the day, we are told that transaction will be processed today.

9/15, we are told technical problems. ranges were already sold, would be refunded. we provide bank wire information to have the money returned.

9/18 we are told they will not refund until 10/1 as they process refunds once a month. Must be they need to ripoff some other people to rob Peter to pay Paul.

10/1, no refund. We are told documentation showing the refund sent will be provided the same day. Never comes. 10/4, they send bogus screenshot. We are then told the wire is not actually sent out until the 7th, not the 1st. Again, more lies.

A week goes by, we contact them again and tell them their bogus wire was never received. They claim will escalate to billing, never hear from them again nor receive the refund.

This same company then has the BALLS to start stealing our own pre-sale disclosures as their own for their marketing materials. I mean, seriously?

As if the first incident of fraud was not enough, they reinforce their scammer mentality by stealing from us yet again. Absolutely unbelievable!

Solid service, I use their proxies (fixed line isp) for sneaker websites, mostly for footlocker and even if those are blocked with many other providers where I only wasted my money, here it actually works. Now I'm with them and as long their service is good I will continue to use it. I'm a long-term user. You can trust them.
