Sent over 20 emails to two company email addresses in 4 days, also left message on web page, they ignore every email, no communication at all
Ordered an aquarium chiller and pump. The pump was placed in thin bubble wrap in a plastic bag and was crushed when I received it. Contacted them, was told to email pictures (which I had done as I emailed them when I received the item), no reply to the email, no call back. Phoned them and was put through to a voicemail, phoned back and was rather rudely hung up on when I said my previous call just went to a voicemail. Their prices seem good, their customer service is severely lacking.
Ordered the Big Blue set.Was suppose to have come with the spanner.I didn't get one so i emailed them and they said they would send one out.I cannot tighten the cannisters up and they are leaking all over the place.I have now emailed them several times and not had anything and they are now ignoring my emails.....so if you are reading this 'David Chalmers' can you post me one out please as promised as its now been well over a month?
First Class service from Sterner, where the Warehouse staff both want to understand what is needed and go out of their way to provide it.
I buy water filters for the home system and despite Sterner majoring on Aquaculture providers, the staff have been 110% in supporting my needs and ensuring the products are delivered ASAP and in full.
I have recommended Sterner to otheres with similar domestic requirements and they have recived equally exemplary service.
