Il servizio clienti è pessimo. Appena fatto ordine, nei successivi 10-15 min ho segnalato un errore di data attraverso le email preposte, incluso la mail che mi confermava l'ordine. Nessuna risposta e il prodotto è arrivato ma con data sbagliata. Ricontattati nuovamente con tutte le email segnalate attraverso il loro sito, ma ancora nessuna risposta. Il prodotto è sicuramente fatto bene, ma con un servizio per nulla attento al cliente, non sarà rinnovata la mia fiducia per altri ordini.

Customer service is terrible. As soon as I placed the order, in the following 10-15 minutes, I reported a date error through the proposed emails, including the email confirming the order. No response and the product arrived with the wrong date. Contact us again with all emails reported through their site but still no response. The product is certainly done well, but I won't trust other orders with service that isn't attentive to customers.

The poster has been damaged during shipment, and I never got any answer when I opened a ticket.
I'm really disappointed... 😞

Terrible organization. The star map was advertised on the website with next-day delivery, but it never arrived, and no one has replied to my emails. I've been waiting since Christmas Eve.

Everything was perfect from ordering to deliver, good printing quality, delivery and packaging was really good, no damages, was a perfect gift .

The only but was the frame , was not as expected, even though the quality and finish is good.
